The GE engine is not a US engine, it is a French multinational SAFRAN IP property…. GE is just a licencee….!..
Very repetitive video… Saying the same thing 7 or 8 times… Must be played on x2 speed
An enjoyable watch. However us stops engines then china stops titanium. Thats the equation presented to usa. Taco!
China can also ban all Boeing planes from future clashes in their country 😂😂😂
China, can use PD14 from Russia, they don't need the west, or US.
Well Boeing can kiss goodbye to the China market. He's just handed it over to Airbus.
This is recycled old news
It is the exact copy of the Airbus A 320.
It should be forbidden to steal for plagiarism of technological creation.
Unfortunately Trump can mess up COMAC, but he should look at the damage hes doing to Boeing.
Lol you think so haha
Boeing has quite competently ruined their reputation. They needn’t worry about China, they’ve already lost the game. Boeing are all but gone.
Give China 6 months and they will be producing their own.
Stop undermining China.West undermining of China for decades has helped Chinareach to its present levels.Your restriction on CHIPS to China has propelled China to near self suffiency in just 7 years.West has no capability to contain China.Develope collaboration and cooperation with China to let world live peacefully.DAYS OF EUROPEAN (America included) Colonialism is over.
BS
The US has tried to militarise just about everything in the international political, economical and monetary system. The rest of the world will eventually band together and show them that they are just as dependent on the whole system. This will not end well for the tyrants.
Slit eye mofos 😂
AI Overview
Dependent on the West, the C919 aircraft may suffer from the …
Yes, the COMAC C919 does utilize US-made components, most notably the engines. While the C919 is designed and assembled in China, it relies on the CFM International LEAP-1C engine, a joint venture between GE Aerospace (US) and Safran (France). Additionally, other critical systems and components are sourced from international suppliers, including those in the US.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Engines:
The C919's primary powerplants are the CFM International LEAP-1C engines, a product of a joint venture between GE Aerospace and Safran.
Other US-made parts:
Beyond the engines, the C919 incorporates components from companies like Collins Aerospace (a subsidiary of RTX) and Honeywell Aerospace. These include systems like flight control systems, electrical power generation, and fire protection systems.
European Suppliers:
Safran, a French company, also provides parts like thrust reversers and electrical wiring systems.
Chinese Development:
While the C919 utilizes many foreign components, China is actively working on developing its own domestic engine, the CJ-1000A, as a potential replacement for the LEAP-1C.
Reliance on Foreign Technology:
The reliance on foreign components, particularly engines, highlights China's continued dependence on Western aerospace technology, despite its "Made in China" ambitions.
China already has an even bigger engine ready for the C 929.Forgwt about that SWIITCH in Washington. The only problem China has is PRODUCTION ! They don't have the capacity yet. China alone need 9000 aircraft in the next 2 decades !!!! That WON'T BE BOEING!!!! THEY have orders from Indonesia, Brunei and South America ! They are doing just fine without the west. And Boeing can kiss the Chinese market goodbye.
Why should citizens be banned by this presence administration. Individual are entitle to adventure through other countries to be banned by a Communist. Will Pursue Political Human Right
They bought an Airbus A320 and copied him to C919! Copy is all they can!
China is dreaming, USA will have final say 😀😀Brilliant Reporting 🙏💪🇮🇳💪🙏
China better hurry up with there own engines
Missing the point, is that the C919 does not really needs international certifications either the FAA or the EASA. Its domestic demand is sufficient to warrant its production. This represents at least 1500 new narrowbody planes. This number may double or even triple if the old and current B737 and A320 are slowly replaced. Then there is the SE Asian, African and South American markets, wanting to buy at a cheaper price. There is no need for the European or North American market. If push comes to shove, the cash desperate Russia may "allow" its engine and navigation/electronic technology to be available to China.
I simply never believe a guilty lyer.
Trump can kiss all rare earths, tungsten, magnets etc goodbye. Have fun!
Moral (to be learnt): If you have no engine, you can build an aircraft but can not fly it. (And there is no point in boasting)
The very facts are, the USA just can't compete with China. Period!
So many super chines here in USA
:_[ hYlkeW
Without GE engines how they will sell
China thanks you for pointing out the obvious. We appreciate your reminding and we are on it.
The us is underestimating China, there is nothing they can’t copy or build for there self.
Well, China can produce any product including semiconductors. It's just that global cooperation is conducive to accelerating its own progress, not that China can't manufacture
