Former attorney and ex-husband of reality TV star Erika Jayne, Tom Girardi, has been found guilty of four counts of wire fraud after being accused of embezzling over $15 million from his clients. The shocking revelation has sent shockwaves through both the legal and entertainment worlds, as Girardi now faces sentencing on December 6.
Girardi, who was previously known for his successful law career and high-profile cases, is now facing serious consequences for his fraudulent actions. The case has raised questions about the legal system and the responsibilities of attorneys to their clients, as well as the potential impact on Jayne’s own reputation and career in the aftermath of these revelations.
As the legal proceedings continue, the public will be watching closely to see how Girardi’s sentencing plays out and what consequences he will face for his actions. In the meantime, Erika Jayne and those affected by Girardi’s crimes will undoubtedly be grappling with the fallout of this scandal and its impact on their lives and livelihoods.

No one is remotely surprised about this

Whats wring with her face? I can see right into her insecure and shallow soul 🤢
I trust her like I trust an alligator. She’s vacuous.
Alleged victims from her mouth? 👄 what an alligator 🐊 no soul!!!
I. All her interviews she speaks for 1 second about all the victims and says it alleged, yet she speaks 99% of the time about herself, I won’t get knocked down, I won’t let this bother me, etc “I”. “I” “I” “me” “me” like a female Satan- all that comes out of her mouth is “I will not let this get me down” “ I will not let this affect me” “I will not stay down IM and overcomer, etc… am overcomer of what, extreme wealth and privilege from 100’s of Victims money!!!! 😮
I don't think anyone is surprised by this verdict. Of course he was found guilty, there was NO reasonable doubt or any way to deny that he'd done it.
This next statement/question is a genuine question, not to be argumentative or to defend him in any way, so educate me not attack me please…..What confuses me is how he was deemed fit to stand trial when he has Alzheimer's‽‽ I know that it takes time before the disease "sets" all the way in, but he's had it for quite some time now from my understanding.
Straight to jail and no bail.
Trump is next. What about the $DJT ponzi scheme fooling his MAGAt cult to buy his fraudulent DJT stock in July when it went to $46 at the ear scratch event?
Those poor saps are left holding the bag now that the price is at an all time low of $19 lost almost 60% in just 7 weeks. The DJT CEO Nunez already sold a large chunk of his shares last Aug 22.
The more they wait the lower it will get and after Sept 20 when traitortrump sells his millions of shares, the price will drop to 45 cents.
