Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s GNX TOUR IS GOING TO BE LEGENDARY 🏆
Every year of the 2020s decade there has been a song that has spent at least 10 weeks at #1:
2020: The Box (11 wks)
2021: Butter (10 wks)
2022: As It Was (15 wks)
2023: Last Night (16 wks)
2024: A Bar Song (Tipsy) (19 wks)
2025: luther (10 wks and counting)
Hoping Luther makes it to 13 weeks.
Ordinary
Excellent Benson Boone
I feel like soon I could find myself talking about storage cabinets, or wood chopping, or paved desert roads, or something very mundane like those.
Because it would still be a thousand times more interesting than the top 10 lately in 2025. This level of stagnancy is the worst it’s ever been and it’s really sad. Sweet Jesus it’s just unbearable at this point. I’ve been READY. LOCKED AND LOADED. For FOUR OF THESE SONGS TO GO. FOR MONTHS. Especially Lose Control And Beautiful Things. Who actually listens to them now? Like, actually? Enlighten me with an answer that isn’t the radio, please tell me who is actually listening to these songs and keeping them afloat a century past their prime… gum that lost its flavor and is now nothing more than a sticky uninteresting substance that you still leave in your mouth anyway…
Need I go on?
Really Unpopular Opinion but I really like “ I Ain’t Coming Back “ more than “ I Had Some Help “! I really hope it can reach no.1. And I hope radio can stop holding on to songs with unbelievable longevity such as “ A Bar Song “, “ “ Beautiful Things “, and “ Lose Control “ and start reflecting on “ Mystical Magical “, “ Sorry I Am Here For Someone Else “: “ Bad Dreams “ and “ Good News “.
Hoping to see Lorde on here soon if radio can catch up.

Ordinary Is #3
Amazing good song
I swear billboard has favoritism towards lose control, beautiful things, and a bar song. They have been on the chart for over a year and aren't top 10 hits anymore. Luther hit it's 10th week at #1 though so that is good. Hopefully the Morgan wallen album in a few weeks will knock out lose control and beautiful things
Luther is 10th weeks at 1 so happy one week away from the Box and I hope it passes it .
SZA and Lamar’s Luther becomes the first song by a man and woman to reach double digits at 1 since One Sweet Day in 1995 – 1996 which had 16 weeks at 1.
Plus I can see Ordinary going to one soon at this rate.
Bad news Lose Control and Beautiful Things are still here .
Yassss Luther ❤❤❤❤

Espresso is two weeks away from the most weeks in the top 10.
I Ain't Comin' Back is probably the best single we've gotten for this new Morgan Wallen record. I just kinda wish it was Post Malone solo, he's the best part
‘Ordinary’ is looking like it could be the next song to reach #1. It’s now leading on streaming and it’s the kind of song that radio will go wild for over the summer. I just wish I liked the song more but good for Alex Warren.
I have zero interest in checking out that Morgan Wallen album next month, but at least it’ll send a lot of older songs recurrent and hopefully freshen up the chart. The Hot 100 desperately needs a reset at this point.
Lose control breaks blinding lights record
‘Luther’ is the first collaboration to reach 10 weeks at the summit since ‘Old Town Road’ in 2019. Not only that, but Kendrick and SZA have the two biggest albums of the week. They’re unstoppable right now.
