1 kg / 2 lb ground beef (I used 85/15)
2 Large eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sweet Paprika
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Onion, grated
Handful of parsley
2-3 sprigs fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp Ketchup
Meatloaf Glaze Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp White or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
⏰ Bake for in preheated oven 180C°/360F° for 1 hour.
⏰ Remove from oven, brush with the remaining glaze and bake for another 20 minutes.
✅ My loaf pan dimensions: 10″ x 5 3/4″ x 3 1/4″ high / 25cm x 15cm x 8cm
