In general, I wish these shows would show different soul food dishes. Mac & cheese, greens, fried chicken, are usually special occasion or Sunday meals, not what is eaten daily. Glad that this episode shows fusion soul food, but still, fried chicken isn’t an eaten every day soul food.
The first chef, I would eat anything she made. Her food looks amazing.

Guy's videos and some others out here on youtube have made me decide to try collard greens again. I've only ever had them one time in my life, and they were AWFUL! They tasted like a barnyard smelled. I couldn't even swallow the bite I took. I haven't had them since, and that was DECADES ago.
