If you still found dragonfly, it's a sign ecosystem still in good condition dragonfly is a predator for mosquitoes 🦟
epic ubud
Gabriel your the best traveler ever but you need to get out there away from boring Bali. So many rando places in Indonesia. Love you dude
Bali is extremely touristy but I still enjoy it. I hired a driver in Ubud and he took me where I wanted to go which included Tegenungan falls, Kopi luwak coffee farm (don't laugh, it is the best coffee you will ever taste) and the Creyta day club (foods expensive there but it's worth a visit, get there early). 30 bucks for a private driver all day? Yes sir, Bali is still affordable.
I was in Bali in 1982 and they had festivals on the days that were full moons. Oct 7/2025 we had a full moon….so that might be the reason they are gathering.
Thank you, Gabriel
❤️ from Canada 🇨🇦
hi
Great video, really enjoyed it
Hi Gabriel, it wasn't the Road to Bali Movie with Bob Hope and Bing Crosby. It was the Gabriel serendipity road to the Yoga studio and Tibetan singing bowls, healing sounds, new age healing sounds, definitely a product of the 60s and Woodstock. Bali is a take-off from the California Hippie movement and Woodstock rolled into one.
That Gamelan music is so haunting .This video gives me a strong desire to visit again please God .
hola Gabe, everything is nice but i have a question: how is mosquito situation on Bali??
😊😊
This place looks fascinating, like a great spot to hangout while your EU Schengen zone time resets. I would love to know what a 3 month rental would cost over there including bike or moped rental. I reside in US but have a place in Spain and need a spot to go (other than US) for my Schengen time to reset, this seems to check that box, great prices great weather and good vibes.
Well, that was Magical✨
🇨🇦👍❤🇮🇩Thank You Gabriel🇮🇩❤👍🇨🇦
👍
Really how that tiny little spider can be the size of your hand maybe your hand when you were a newborn 😅
A very risky walk through the jungle, it definitely has a ''Wrong Turn'' vibe.
To enjoy an incredible rice field walk go past Bintang Supermarket walking towards Indus Restaurant on opposite side of the street. There is a gorgeous rice field walk behind the Indian Restaurant and the expensive Spa behind the restaurant. Ask anyone to show you where you walk down from the restaurant and high end message place and you will feel like you have died and gone to heaven. It goes on and on more serene and less buildings only rolling ricefiends and no people.
As of early October 2025, the Balinese Hindu festival of Kuningan was celebrated in Ubud last week, on September 29th.
About the Kuningan festival:
* Celebrates ancestral spirits: Kuningan is the culmination of the 10-day Galungan festival, marking the time when ancestral spirits and gods descend from heaven. After their visit, Kuningan is the day the spirits depart back to the heavens.
* Significance: It is a day of giving thanks and receiving blessings for prosperity, balance, and protection from the gods and ancestral spirits.
* Festivities: In Ubud and throughout Bali, the festival is celebrated with prayers and special offerings of yellow rice, symbolizing the return of ancestral spirits to their abode.
Go out of Ubud into Campuhan.. Bintang Supermarket keep walking. Soon you will find the Indian Restaurant on the left side of the road. Go in there and try the coconut pancakes. Then ask them to direct you to the incredible rice field walk in the back. Heavenly!
