I would love to visit Vietnam someday.
Kenneth. You seem feel uncomfortable to listen to her while you are eating.
Good morning action kid
It’s Latin: Regina pacis ora pro nobis (Queen of Peace, Pray for us)
Notr Dam = Our Lady (Latin)
Duc Ba = Our Lady (VN). The name of the cathedral.
Thanks for the video. Another good one.
I would love to go on this tour someday
Hi ActionKid..looks like you're in a time warp… pretty spooky…take it easy..missing you here in Venice, FL, but thanks for this adventure on the other side of the 🌎 world..SL
Hello Gpod mornimg
Just riding in a scooter 🛵 takes great courage.. more than even NYC or Miami..lol😮
Nice
😂 no liberation day!🤭🇻🇳
Fifty years ago today I was wounded in battle north of Da Nang while leading a USMC fire team across the rice patties leading into Hue City. Thank you
Wow! So intriguing ❤❤❤❤thank you AK

Actionkid…many thanks for tour of VN with excellent XO. I learn much!
Pretty Soon u will be buying real-estate there lol ❤
Awesome video 👍 actually, Regina Pacis = Queen of Peace in Latin….hope you do foodie tour 1 more time 😊
The white marble statue of the Virgin Mary was purchased in Italy 1959 by a priest, so the letters on there were Latin. Inside the podium there's a box with a prayer for peace in Vietnam because the war escalated day by day. After the statue the church renamed to Notre Dame and elevated to Minor Basilica by the Vatican. 2005 too much people gathered so they cracked down….
The Franciscan church in Cho Lon still has the pew where President Diem sat on his last day, all the pews are polished and painted except that one with a plaque to show people.
The French painted their buildings white that's how they dealt with the heat, even the clothes they wore were all white, my grandparents generations they all wore white. Yellow was the Vietnamese painting work, they loved gold and yellow and royal, not the French.
Huyen Sy church and district 1 and Hanh Thong Tay church in Go Vap are considered "royal" churches because they are built by Nam Phuong Empress father one of the 4 richest men in Saigon at the time. Inside those churches you see marble tombs with marble statues carved Nam Phuong Empress parents and her uncles and his wife.
Khám Chí Hoà in district 10 is currently the biggest prison inside the city built by the French. The octagonal prison is big and can only seen on map, because surrounded are walls and residential houses. They plan to move the prison outside the city and turn Khám Chí Hoà into a museum. Legend has it this prison used fungshui to trap people, even if you escaped your cells you just circulated inside the prison maze and couldn't get out.
Nice tour, nice girl, so I keep it nice and short, history is written by the winner. Overseas Vietnamese churches and temples still hold vigil prayers for the southern President. I hope one day Vietnam can reconcile, it's still divided. The 10.000 Buddha is nice, I wanted to tell you but wasn't sure if you interested. Thanks for taking us with you.
Actionkid: how is it sit on low stools to eat? Why are the stools used instead chairs?
Thank you , very interesting video 😊
Why do I have too take a test? I don't need the stress. Please just the sightseeing!
This is the most fascinating video ive seen in awhile……thank u action kid!!!!!
Very interesting…and beautiful videlo
After the French were defeated, did South Vietnam split from the north on its own accord, or did the US basically split the country by starting the Vietnam war for it's own political and economic motives, killing millions of innocent people?
ActionKid can you visit newly opened Terminal 3 in Tan Son Nhat airport ?
Hi Ken, This was an incredible tour, XO tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam. She presented the Vietnam war in a strictly educational way, which I found to be very appealing. The hidden arms bunker and the Buddha temple were my favorites. XO company is interesting in itself , I hope you give them very good reviews..
Another great tour. Enjoyed it, and the flan looked 好吃. 🙂
Great tour !!
Is the bodyguard on the tour to protect the lady or you?
