臺灣人作法:將牛肉先用米酒、醬油、薑末抓醃,靜置三分鐘後裹太白粉。參考一下。
I have tenderized beef before by just letting it sit in hot but not too hot water . With a bit of salt apple cider vinegar and about a teaspoon of baking soda . I rinsed it well before I cooked it and it was fall apart tender .
Lovely recipe. Be careful scorching the garlic, it will turn bitter.
Yummy😋 Please ❤tell me where you got your wok from..I feel like I need the wok you use to make my food delicious like yours😊.. I really enjoy you channel ❤

Howcome when i once used baking soda on beef to tenderize it, it made it taste so bitter??
Mein Gott! A recipe from Germany without cheese! Ah, but then she cooks the rice with butter. Not exactly Chinese but probably very tasty.

The see thru dress was lecker
I like your sous chef. 🤣😂
The baking soda trick does work well! Sometimes I'll use just some baking soda, mix it in well with the beef, let it sit about 1/2 hour then rinse it before cooking. Even tougher chuck cuts come out much more tender.
I have some pre-cut beef strips in my refrigerator right now, I think I need to pick up a pepper and some green onions and make this soon! Looks very yummy.
Nice recipe mom !
Больно смотреть как вы этот чеснок ножом давите 😂просто бейте кулачком и всё
Nice recipe, but one teaspoon of baking soda is too much for this meat portion. One third should be better. Usually baking soda / meat weight is around 0.4%, meaning for 450gr of meat the appropriate baking soda is about 1,8gr (one third of teaspoon)
This looks yummy! I will definitely try it!
Ill not cook with baking soda. Instead place meat in 1 tablespoon of bs cover with water for 10 minutes then rinse. Nice recipe . Yhank you
