I am assuming Mr. Bishop's tour as a peace keeper was in Rwanda. That was a tragic time and truly horrible for our peacekeepers si ce they were forbidden to step in. Rwanda is now a county that is well into the process of truth and reconciliation. They are healing and beginn8ng to thrive together.
