Remember Kirtan Fest in Rishikesh March 1 to march 23, its an insane festival and then you have more of the himalyas 😎
Years ago my brother in law sold a beer 100 CAD$ to one of his client on a hunting trip. The man was the Edmonton Oiler's GM at the time. He got thirsty in the woods and offered that money for a cold one. Back then the CAD$ was a much stronger currency than today.
Nice room, Gabriel 😊❤ can't wait to see more!
Nice video reply must zafar from Pakistan Lahore 💯🙏👍🌧️🍉🍎☔
Welcome to the Philippines! 🇵🇭❤️
I think far East Aisa, the Indian subcontinent and Europe (especially Greece) is definitely your style of a travel destination,
Hoegaarden at 7 in the morning? Why not.
Getting clickbaited by Gabriel feels weird 😛 Thnx for this episode!!!
Hi Gabriel, I'm quite surprised going to the Philippines that caught me off guard for some reason I'm thinking of a change in plan. It is one of those locations that attracts a lot of ex-pats this should be remarkably interesting.
Leave HK ASAP. They arrest anyone upholding Western values.
Good you are taking a longer stay here in the Philippines then before, we live in Tagaytay (1 hour south of Manila) little colder here and stunning view over the Taal vulcano/lake.
Cebu is a great place to travel to Bohol island, which is a very interesting island.
I think we are all happy for you going back to SE Asia. The Philippines was such a great trip for me and I know you'll enjoy your second trip out there. Port Barton in Palawan was a great place to spend Christmas.
I am in the Philippines right now! Come to Puerto Galera
First time you are showing us the inside of your plane
This is perfect you are headed to the PI, I'm going to stop there myself next month, after I spend some time in KL and Penang.
Lots of empty seats
I live in Cebu City and we aren't the biggest fans of Mactan. Overpriced resorts and the beaches aren't that great, no public beaches all controlled by resorts now. I do recommend "Cafe Cappuccino" and The Mactan Newtown has a grocery store near you. We enjoy exploring Bantayan Island, Camotes Islands, and the Chocolate HIlls in Bohol using Cebu City as a base. You would probably love "man made forest" in Bohol if you haven't been already
This is where Magellan was killed
May you have the best time in the Philippines Sir Gabe👍Hope you can bump into Kulas (Becoming Filipino) He is Canadian but married there already and maybe Filipino by now😁May be safe and we are looking forward for your oncoming vvlogggsss👍😎😇
Left hand gestures nice to observe
Good to see you in my wife's home country. She is from Baybay Leyte. You could see the General McArthur Memorial. Also, no trip to the Philippines is complete with out visting the Palawan islands. Tim K is in Leyte as well, not sure you know him but he's Harold Balders and Bald and Bankrups friend.
Looking forward to this series!
Got the answer to the title in the first few seconds. Why we love Gabe.
Finally! Thank you for taking up my suggestion. Try to cover as much as you can so we can get an idea of an itinerary!
So what spots outside of Manila should I hit in Phillipines? Like whats the must visit places how long would you visit for? Digital Nomading lmk thanks! So far it seems like a week is the ideal longest time Id wanna be somewhere, lotta tourist spots then prob 2 weeks, and would I wanna live there? then I stay a month. Like Im doing a month in Bali in one place (Canggu) and renting a scooter to check out other areas, I know I don’t hit the beach much but I could with a scooter and meeting people from everywhere else is fun thats why I picked that loc. Gabriel what are your thoughts on Thailand? To me it feels like the best option for most people for SEA travel.. I keep adding places to my list in Thailand I want to check out.
….and here I was all the time thinking the beer prices on Bali are outrageous…or the prices in Singapore.
There, I paid 18 SGD for a tiny beer at a bar and it wasn't even good.
$59.00 beers is a perfect way to combat alcoholism.
Amazing place
Very nice, Beautiful
Thanks for sharing
Kind regards

I guessed you were heading to the Philippines after NZ, but you threw me when you started this video in Hong Kong. A layover, of course (although I certainly would not mind seeing you explore HK a bit). Anyways, looking forward to some island hopping adventures over the coming weeks. I do hope you'll get back to NZ South Island at some point, although I know it's so far out of the way from just about everything. Enjoy the Philippines!
Welcome Gabe. I’m here in Manila. Let’s hang out.
15:51 Nice segment …….
Once paid 35 USD for a small can of beer in the Canadian Arctic ..
If you get bored and move to Cebu City, go to 301 Ramos st bar on Saturday night if you fancy a chinwag.
Your videos always have a sense of calmness and I'm hooked because of exactly that. Probably my 5th time commenting on one of your videos! Cheers!
If anyone wanted to see more of Hong Kong, here are my videos from when I was there six years ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ltrwwVZU8Y&list=PLLAwF-SG0S-6G2tttyyPmS7SZ23CMcTSR&index=2
