Why the $170K Tesla Semi Gen 2 is Overpowering Efficiency: 1.75 kWh/Mile? (Truth Comes Out)
In the evolving world of heavy-duty transportation, the Tesla Semi has been a subject of fervent debate since its initial unveiling in 2017. As we inch closer to its mass production slated for late 2025, skepticism remains, notably voiced by industry figures like Bill Gates, who questions its capability to fully replace traditional diesel trucks. Concerns regarding battery weight, driving range, and charging infrastructure continue to loom large.
In our latest video, “Why $170K Tesla Semi Gen 2 is Overpowering Efficiency: 1.75 kWh/Mile? (Truth Comes Out),” we delve into the ramifications of these doubts. Specs and charging times are critical, but the true measure of any heavy-duty vehicle lies in its real-world performance. Veteran truck drivers, who face the daily rigors of the job, are the best judges of the Tesla Semi’s viability.

Welcome Finland 🇫🇮🌲 Forest man test🌲🇫🇮
In the mean time Tesla has a lot of competitors, who have also the possibility to drive 500 miles.
Do a little simple math. 1.75 kWh per mile times 200 miles times point 006, which is what my electric cost is off-peak in my residence that comes down to. $21 to drive that truck 200 miles. Can you imagine the savings? I have a Ford Escape that costs more than that in gasoline. And it's a hybrid. That's why I own 2 T and do ride. Share constantly driving these vehicles. They're cheap to operate. Electric is the future.

😁Good day from Goonellabah, NSW, Australia. I am embarking on a six-month journey in November 2026 of significant importance. I'll be circumnavigating Australia in two Cybertrucks and a Tesla Semi, covering a substantial 22,000 kilometres. This journey is set to commence at the end of November 2026. Elon Musk will help me. I am currently pursuing sponsorship opportunities in Australia by 2026, including with Woolworths and Jim Pearson Transport, and I anticipate they will continue to be my sponsors. We look more for sponsors.
Promote the Tesla Semi. We will use it for concerts and accommodation while circumnavigating Australia. The trailer of the Tesla Semi will be equipped with photovoltaic (PV) panels, which will charge the batteries of the Cybertruck and Tesla Semi in areas without chargers.
I expect Neuralink to be available in Australia by the end of 2027. I will spend the rest of my life giving back to those who have had a stroke, and who have ALS, and who have lost part of their body due to no fault of their own.
Neuralink will help those people. I shall take two Tesla Optimus robots. I had a stroke on 4 July 2019. My wife, Kate, saved me. I am now swimming 3,000 metres at Goonellabah Pool, five times a week. 🤗Ian Cleland
