Twelve Bangladeshi and Egyptian men embarked on a journey from Albania to Italy over the weekend, following a ruling by judges that rejected their detention in the non-EU country. The decision came as a blow to a controversial agreement between Rome and Tirana, which aimed to curb the flow of migrants across the Mediterranean.
The men, who were reportedly detained in Albania under the agreement, were finally able to leave the country and head towards Italy on Saturday. This move signals a shift in the enforcement of migration policies in Europe, as judges intervened to protect the rights of these individuals to seek refuge in another EU member state.
The situation sheds light on the challenges faced by migrants seeking safety and opportunities in Europe, as they navigate through complex legal frameworks and agreements between different countries. Despite the obstacles, these men were able to take a step towards a potentially better future by leaving Albania for Italy.
The incident also highlights the ongoing debate surrounding immigration policies in Europe, as countries grapple with the question of how to manage and support migrants in a humane and effective manner. As the journey of these twelve men unfolds, it serves as a reminder of the resilience and determination of individuals who seek a better life, despite facing numerous obstacles along the way.

Why not send them back to their country ¿???? :-/
This is why you have to gain control of the judiciary if you want to get things done.
They should send them to their houses
Egypt(except for copts) , Bangladesh(except for minorities) , Morocco, India, Pakistan (except for minorities) etc are safe nations. LMAO!! Who on earth classifies these nations as unsafe??
Too hell with these judges
There's no appetite for more illegal migration in Europe. These measures have come to pass. If judges rule that moving migrants to third countries is illegal then they need to rule that anyone entering the country illegally must face the full force of the Law.
So the only qualification to be a judge is to have a mental health condition?
