Welcome back to another exciting week of delicious food adventures! This week’s vlog is filled with cozy fall recipes, a date night, a mini Seattle road trip, and of course, lots of yummy food!
Starting off the week with my morning matcha routine, I shared my recipe for a delicious Matcha Latte made with oat milk. It’s the perfect way to start your day with a boost of antioxidants and a deliciously creamy drink.
For lunch, I whipped up a Bibimbap recipe featuring Korean short rib. This hearty and flavorful dish is a crowd-pleaser and a great way to mix up your usual lunch routine.
One morning, I surprised my loved one with a delicious breakfast of Cottage Cheese Pancakes. These super fluffy pancakes are not only high in protein but also incredibly delicious. A perfect way to start the day on a sweet note!
And who can forget about the Asian-inspired Shredded Rotisserie Chicken Salad I made for a light and refreshing dinner? Packed with flavor and nutrients, this salad is a great way to enjoy a healthy meal without sacrificing taste.
To end the week on a high note, I surprised my partner with a special date night to Seattle for a football game. It was a great opportunity to show my gratitude for all the support and love I receive. And of course, I want to express my gratitude to all of you for being a part of this amazing journey.
