Germany’s government coalition collapsed the day Donald Trump was announced winner of the US elections. Now, Germans will be facing a period of uncertainty as they navigate the aftermath of this significant event.
With Chancellor Angela Merkel’s popularity on the decline and the rise of far-right parties in the country, the future of Germany’s leadership is uncertain. The question remains: can a new government turn things around and restore stability to the country?
The recent political turbulence has raised concerns about Germany’s ability to effectively address pressing issues such as immigration, economic growth, and climate change. With the political landscape in flux, it is crucial for the country to come together and find a way forward.
As Germany enters this new chapter, it is imperative for leaders to work towards fostering unity and cooperation among all parties. The challenges ahead are immense, but with strong leadership and a commitment to progress, Germany can overcome this tumultuous period and emerge stronger than ever.
The eyes of the world are on Germany as they navigate this uncertain time. The question of whether a new government can turn things around remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: the future of Germany hangs in the balance, and the decisions made in the coming months will shape the country’s path for years to come.

The left destroyed Germany.
Not a word about an elephant in the room?
Dos people are lieing to themselves all of you no the truth
The New Government will hopefully be a Large Coalition.
I am even Willing to See Scholz as Vice Chancellor.
He isnt very useful as a Chancellor because he lacks the ability to Push his Agenda. But his willingness to Compromise and Negotiate. Actually makes him a Decent Vice Chancellor as Junior Partner for the CDU. Giving the CDU the Room to get Economy and Country back on the Road. While preventing the CDU from Gutting the Social Systems.
And such a Large Coalition should have no Problems to bring Germany back on Course.
The Problems Germany has are not that Big to begin with. And most of them are a Result of the German Governments Inability to Agree on appropriate measures to Fix them.
A Large Coalition is likely to quickly Agree on measures and implement them without much Drama.
Those people are so used to eating through me. So immediately i got attacked. They need to keep off.
People using the financial support for Ukraine as an excuse forgetting the €28 billion that Germany pours into the EU's coffers every year. Von der Leyen is granting herself a sixth pay rise within 2 years.
My arrival in Germany made them so uncomfortable they had to get involved they still do. We are friends been.
She means spying through my phone and my interest.
green party which is a part of ruling coalition just destroyed germany… other countries should learn from germany and never give political power to green activists…
Es geschieht euch recht!
Warum haben see denn so einen blodsinn mit den northstrem zugelassen
7-8 percent of gdp of germany is from autombiles exports, now donald trump will give more importance local car companies than foreign companies and may imply tariff on import cars from germany, and next China ..chinese companies have gained lot of fame in china which makes tough for german automakers to compete.
I can't see a new government doing any better. For one thing, it will have to include at least one party from the current non-government, and for another, there will still be no money. Maybe the right has some good ideas. Hmm.
Trump warned Germany about being reliant on Russian gas…… and they laughed, mocked and ridiculed him.
Ye, American will fix you up, what a clowns! Don't they understand the people see everything what happens for the last 3 years…
Let's get real, Ukraine is screwed!
They brought this downfall upon themselves
Germany needs to abandon EVs and their ridiculous green energy policy.
Yeah things will turn around 360 degrees 🤣
Not for Germany.. but Ukraine would get more funding and the missiles sholz has refused to give.
Remember how all these clowns tried to collapse Russia? 🤣🤣
Downfall ?
Puppet Germany ruined itself 😅😅😅
🇷🇺 Russia already won 🎉🎉
Germany’s trade surplus with the USA, much like NATO, has been subsidized by a tariff imbalance that started following WW2 that should have ended 40 years ago. Germany needs to stand on its own. The EU is not a solution and will likely dissolve inside of 10 years.
Smart germans
Two supposed strong countries can’t win a weak Russia. Sad
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Germany should demand US sell them LNG at the same price Russia did for the next 50 years or they will consider Nordstream an act of war
See the Chinese people and Russian people? They can survive the poor economy in their countries with little complaints. German people are crying when facing a little hardship 😂
Germany should sell their car Companys too China and US. And focus their economy on CO2 friendly veggie schnitzels 🤣💀🤯
Why DW is more concerned about Ukraine than the collapsing Germany?
If the automobiles industry, change to produce the weapons then both companies and worker will get opportunities😅
Yall spending money on Ukraine and supporting the US empire at the cost of your people. That was your mistake… Russia is not the enemy yet you’re going to drop their cheap energy for expensive US energy.
Battery power?..really!..where is the energy coming from?…An energy balance is needed.
go WOKE go BROKE
