Zihuatanejo is located in the state of Guerrero, which carries a strict Level 4 "Do Not Travel" advisory from the U.S. Department of State due to crime and cartel activity.
Beautiful
Beautiful setting, but MASSIVELY overpriced for the region. Developers are literally testing to see how far they can push price because of the Enes exposure.
Just look at the other properties Enes toured here and it is obvious
Hübsches Haus und hübscher Ausblick 😍😍❤️❤️
Damn Enes! Love your outfit! where'd you get it from?
8:20 Am I crazy or is that pool already leaking quite significantly ? I understand it can overflow a bit but the wet marks are right at junctions of concrete slabs
Gorgeous detailing, excellent house at this price point 😮
If Andy, and Reds boat chartering business took off
Wow youre building a home in Mexico Enes? That's pretty cool but does that mean You'll be leaving the U.S. ?
No one in Zihuatanejo has ever thought of building a gothic manor on top of those cliffs?
Just asking.
Nice house, but you better not go outside the gated area due to how dangerous the state this home is located really is.
This is very cool I like it and we can enjoy the ocean view
Everything single house they develop is an A++, the very epitome of tasteful and somehow feels like a steal at 5 sticks
i remember the last zihua video , 2.7mn house. after that one , i think this is the next affordable options.
PLEASE ENES bring these affordable housing videos more and more
Absolute Epic Edit
Can't wait to save up and book a 1 hour call with Enes for the low price of $5,000!
It's like a woman who's beautiful with makeup on but can't be seen without it.
The exposed concrete is shabby.
Couldn’t mention the dinner without mentioning your candles 🕯️ 😂
Thanks everybody for the video
That "wood rope" is called rattan…
Also used on the seats of those dinning chairs.
I get that this was never a "critical" architectural/design channel, but this video is verging into advertising. But I dig the house, I guess. Still, not about to invest in Mexico until MORENA is out of office.
Bro make city centre house videos not in forest areas
One of the very few homes I've seen on this channel where I like the furnishings, I'd love to live here, except for one thing…the thought of walking on giant pebbles all the time makes me cringe, I don't get it.
How is your project house Enes? This is the place right?
What co-ord are you wearing? I’ve seen you wear this or something similar before and I love it.
And ramo can't help even 🏝.
Enes, please send back what rightfully belongs to me. You know what I'm talking about. I sent my bitcoin address. I think you are decent enough to send my fund back.
Very nicely done, very livable design. Unbelievable views, one of the nices properties I have see on your channel for the dollar figure. Enes you have picked a bueatiful site to build your home as woud expect with your experence from all you have done and seen in the past. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with if you display it on your channel. Best of luck on your build, you sure have the right people to do it with which should take alot of the burden off your shoulders. Your a lucky man, which we make our own luck, which only seem to be know by the one who have done it. We know all the sweat and hard work we did to get there. I am glad to see all your hard work you have done is paying off now, as your start make your dreams come true. All the sucess you have done so far and well into your future.
2030 I will buy this house
Maybe the prices are not that superhigh due to level 4 warnings by Canada and USA for Guerrero due to cartel activity. It might be perfectly fine to be there on vacation as a tourist, at Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, but I guess it has an effect on real estate prices.
Amazing
The wave are really loud, would it drive you crazy living there with the background noise on 24/7
No feng shui techniques used in this one. Doors on the back on your bed feels uncomfortable. Very very nice house though!
I wouldn’t live in Mexico, even if you paid me the price of this house and gave the house to me for free
The AI before/after is so COOL!!!
Cartels may kidnap you in that manse😂
Best view maybe ever!!! I would be concerned about earthquakes and hurricanes like the one that wrecked Acupulco to the south a couple of years ago. Does the Lighthouse have rotating light? that could be annoying while trying to sleep… A lot of towns in Mexico can be noisy at night but this one would seem to dodge that… Other concerns maybe water source and septic… 1 factor affecting value is non Mexicans have to buy thru fideicomiso (bank trust) which can be issue when trying to sell.
Enes, I like your loefers ! Looks great ! Is it Loro Piano or Zilli maby ??
I love Zihuatanejo. I can’t wait for my own home here to be finished. In the meantime, congratulations to Nick and Pablo on Casa Arco, and even more importantly, on the recent sale of Casa Puente, the home we showcased on our last trip.
There’s a great story behind how that sale came together, and I’ll leave it at that.
Watch till the end to find out how, and enjoy Mexico 🇲🇽
