Vietnam is growing economy entity. For the next 2 decades, there will be another wave of Vietnamese immigrant to other countries, and such wave of immigrant might not go to Europe and United States, but other developing countries.
Thank you for the information… I was wondering why some friends of mine didn’tfind love or a boyfriend in NYC😮
New York City has a population similar to Ontario, Canada. It's the city that never sleeps, because of the concentrated population. You need people to run things. It's like that for other large populated cities. With finding someone to be in a relationship with, you still will find someone. It could happen in different ways. Cheers! ✌️ I❤️NY
I don't know bro, I think it may be you. you better go check yourself.
Too many options. Girls continuously thinking the grass is greener on the other side..
Being from The Bronx will set you back as a dude too. Not many NYC women will travel there, so expect to always be traveling if you're a dude from the Bronx. Glad I got out of NYC when I did.
I wouldn't worry about being single if I were you AK. Don't get sucked in to the need to populate this wretched revolving ball of dirt. Just do your own thing. Keep your bank account for your self. Go buy something that makes you happy. Look on the bright side, no inlaws to resent.
Are you back in nyc now? Hope so,.
AK the passport bro, never thought the channel would turn into this lol 🤣🤣🤣
I've never lived anywhere else but personally my dating experience has been terrible here. As a man, it feels almost impossible as someone who doesn't make over 6 figures and isn't extremely good looking. I've kind of checked out and doing my own thing right now and trying to find my own peace.
Inter borough treaty limits……😂
I grew up in NYC. Williamsburg Brooklyn to be exact. I never had a problem. Maybe because different times plus using an app makes you appear desperate.
Relationships usually begin during school days…unless you join the military and find love there! but if you wait, you'll wind up in your situation! I wish you well but living by yourself is not bad either….Walt
I think the glasses and hair style are not the best for your face. But more seriously, originally watchiing several years ago, as you AK obfuscated your personal details and for the personality presented, I considered you might be gay. (I am).
Watched this video to finally make the comment.
I don't understand why you'd move to Vietnam to meet a girl, but you couldn't move to New Jersey to have an easier time dating a girl you had already met.
As an asian you should understand that gender balance within age groups is a much more important statistical metric than looks. Which is why Asia is easier than New York. Especially if someone only uses apps. In short, NYC central full of dudes.
I believe it’s more so that people in Manhattan are less inclined to date people in the other boroughs. I used to live in the City. I’m now a 10 min bus ride away in Weehawken, NJ, and even that can be a red flag since it’s across the Hudson 🤣
I agree NYC can be a difficult market due to the high volume of options, but with that logic, it can also be the best market if you continue to try. When I stayed in Seoul for a week, I think I mainly received a lot of romantic interest because of my US citizenship. I’m not sure how it is in Vietnam, or other Asian countries, but I’m sure it’s similar.
To much competition here in nyc and girls are so stuck up in nyc I rather date out if nyc jersey boston is better philly 🙂
✌
I highly suggest you start going to the gym. Strengthen your Body & your Mind. Learn how to Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Pull Ups, Weighted Dips, Pushups…Everything. Also get into Marshal Arts. Start off with Boxing & get into Krav Maga. Build yourself Brother!
The reality is brutal but love conquers everything. 😄
It's so counter intuitive considering the amount of single people.
Cheaper to be alone
I have a close co-worker who works in the same company as me, he's on one corner of the building and I'm on the other side, we both go to work at the same time and go home sometimes same time, sometimes different time, but we rarely see each other. The working environment here consumed all of your day for 300 days a year, The little time you have for yourself you treasure it like a gem and you select who can be in it with you…most time no one, because the little time is not enough..
I gave up on dating back in the 90s. Occasional regrets – yes – but most times I’m very happily single. I like having my own space.
I am sure its brutal in any major US city. I own a car in Atlanta but traffic is often so brutal I rarely want to drive it. I frequently take the commuter train (MARTA) to work and walk the remaining mile into the office to avoid driving in traffic.
