Blue Planet III: A First Look at the Ocean’s Newest Journey
The highly anticipated trailer for Blue Planet III has arrived, signaling another breathtaking chapter in the adventure of exploring our oceans. BBC Earth, in collaboration with legendary composer Hans Zimmer and rising star JADE, transports viewers into the depths of marine beauty and mystery, expertly narrated by none other than Sir David Attenborough.
In this striking first look, audiences are treated to stunning visuals that capture the vibrant life lurking beneath the waves. New stories emerge, revealing the complex ecosystems that inhabit our planet’s waters. The series promises to explore uncharted territories and highlight the urgent environmental challenges facing these precious ecosystems.
Zimmer, renowned for his work on iconic films and documentaries, joins forces with JADE to create an original title track titled “Seas Cry.” The song features heartfelt lyrics co-written by Jade Thirwall, Pablo Bowman, and Fin Dow-Smith, underscoring the emotional connection humans share with the ocean. This partnership with the celebrated composer ensures that each note resonates with the themes of wonder and conservation that Blue Planet III embodies.
The score, produced by Russell Emanuel, along with additional music contributions from Ho-Ling Tang, further enriches the auditory experience, drawing viewers into the profound beauty and fragility of marine life.
As we prepare for this remarkable new installment, Blue Planet III not only aims to showcase the spectacles of oceanic life but also serves as a clarion call for protection and sustainability. With Attenborough as our guide, we are reminded of the interconnectedness of all life on Earth, urging us to appreciate and protect the wonders below.
As excitement builds for this upcoming series, viewers are left eager to dive deep into our oceans’ narratives, hoping to unveil the extraordinary stories that lie beneath the surface.

Order of buisnies quite clear first like than watch
This is so beautiful omg
Sir Attenborough is 100 years old , and still doing what he loves and we are so lucky to have him still working, and I have watched countless #’s of his documentaries , and always enjoy his BBC documentaries. This will surely be epic like his other BBC documentaries. When die does it officially premiere on the BBC USA channel?
BUT WHEN??????
I was so engrossed I forgot it was JADE. It's so different from what I usually hear from her! What a vocalist!!❤
Questionable music choice
Nature it's beautiful worlds animals ❤❤❤
And I wonder how much of "Blue Planet III" is AI.
Sound track is horrendous. Sounds like a Disney movie. Videography fantastic as always.
This looks AMAZING
It is so sad that D.A. has seen the creation as close as nobody has and yet he still believes it all happened randomly.
How many your works are, O Jehovah! You have made all of them in wisdom. The earth is full of what you have made. Psalm 104:24
woulda been much better with just Hans Zimmer scoring the soundtrack. The female vocal is just too much..
Yeah… I really hope the actual doc won't feature these pop vocals, really annoying and cringe, especially for a nature doc
The music by Zimmer and Jade wow, thank you aSr David.
This brought a tear to my eyes. Was wondering just last week when we would get the next blue planet and if Attenborough would still be there to narrate it.
Exciting! But cringe ass song lyrics
Been waiting for this with my entire heart&soul, one of the things keeping me on this earth. I'm extremely grateful for Sir David Attenborough and his miraculous passion to share the beauty of our planet!💙🩵💙🪸🐡🐠🦈🪼🦭🐙
Jades song is a stunning accompaniment, beautiful ✨️
1:22 Feel so bad for that penguin tryna get away on his belly, while that seal is so fast😭
Imagine the weight on the persons shoulders who’s carrying the torch after Sir David Attenborough is no longer here to narrate wildlife documentaries.
Please, please, please don't ruin the audio of the episodes with singing.
a nature show without the sound of nature itself is beyond stupid. whoever decided that adding vocal music is a good idea should be fired.
These documentaries are true magic. Please release the 4K versions earlier this time in Canada if possible.
わぁぁぁ。。
Jesus the singing was a little much, yeah?
I am beyond excited to experience Blue Planet 3 – a true masterpiece of visual and musical art. The anticipation is huge! Massive respect to the legendary Sir David Attenborough!
I find the singing very distracting and inappropriate. Hans Zimmer’s music is always an asset, but I want to hear nature’s sounds, not a woman screaming.
Attenborough + Zimmer + the ocean = yass
INCREDIBLE! Jade's vocals sound angelic over the visuals. Can't wait for this series. You can tell the bunch of oldies don't appreciate art. The vocal's match perfectly with visual. Don't worry the documentary won't be full of vocals / songs it's purely the title track to the album. Some people really are miserable!
I love these, everyone of them but this is a prime example of humans incessant need to make things that are perfect better!! It does not need a crappy pop vocalist under-singing/moaning, David Attenborough and some chill instrumentals was and always has been just perfect!! – Now we get 'David Attenborough X Jade' – He was fine on his own.
Blimey, I hope that annoying music won't be playing all through the series.
