In this week’s vlog, we are diving into some delicious and healthy recipes that are perfect for starting the year strong! From vegan kimchi to reverse-sear steak, Taiwanese beef stew, and more, this week’s meals are sure to satisfy your cravings.
Starting off each day with a cozy matcha latte is a must, and I’ve been focusing on adding more protein to my diet with my favorite Cottage Cheese Pancakes with blueberries. One of my current obsessions is gochujang butter, which pairs perfectly with crispy salmon and steak.
One of the highlights of the week was making a huge batch of vegan kimchi with my mom. This tangy and spicy fermented cabbage is a staple in Korean cuisine and is perfect for adding a punch of flavor to any dish.
To round out the week, we enjoyed a comforting pot of Taiwanese Beef Stew and got creative with a 2025 Bingo card filled with our goals for the year. It was a fun and meaningful way to reflect on what we hope to accomplish in the coming months.
