– 250 gr of pomegranate juice
– 3 tbsp of olive oil
– 2 tbsp of soy sauce
– 2 tsp of dried garlic
– 2 tsp of paprika

– 6 potatoes

– 1 bell pepper
– 3 cloves of garlic

– 250 gr of cheese
First, marinate the chicken in a mixture of pomegranate juice, olive oil, soy sauce, dried garlic, paprika, pepper, and cornstarch. Let it sit for a while to absorb all the flavors. Then, fry the chicken until it’s golden brown and crispy.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the side dishes. Cut the potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic into chunks. Season them with salt and pepper, and roast them in the oven until they’re tender and slightly crispy.
