Avoid These Activities if You’re Over 50 Years Old – Video

Iron supplements can be harmful as our bodies struggle to eliminate excess iron, leading to liver damage and increased infection risk. Calcium supplements can also be problematic, causing calcium buildup in the arteries and kidneys. Synthetic vitamin A can result in liver damage and osteoporosis, so it’s best to stick to natural sources.

On the other hand, vitamin C, B3, magnesium, vitamin D, K1, and K2 are essential for aging individuals. Vitamin C can lower histamine levels, while vitamin B3 helps increase good cholesterol and energy levels. Magnesium counters calcification issues, and vitamin D is crucial for various bodily functions. Vitamin K1 aids in clotting, and vitamin K2 helps mobilize calcium and support energy levels.

Today, I’m going to tell you about the best and the worst supplements to take as you age.

Let’s start with iron supplements. Our bodies do not have a good way of eliminating excess iron, which can damage the liver. Too much iron can increase your risk of infection and also deplete zinc. Donating blood can help eliminate excess iron.

If you have anemia, the best sources of iron are red meat, liver, grass-fed liver pills, or spleen extract.

Many people consume too much calcium, which can build up in the arteries and kidneys.

Synthetic vitamin A can cause damage to the liver, osteoporosis, and increased intracranial pressure.

Best vitamins to take as you age:
1. Vitamin C
2. Vitamin B3
3. Magnesium
4. Vitamin D
5. Vitamin K1
6. Vitamin K2

While most synthetic vitamins should be avoided, synthetic vitamin C can be beneficial under certain circumstances.
