In a recent interview on CBS Mornings, ‘It Ends With Us’ actor Brandon Sklenar was asked to weigh in on the ongoing legal battle between his co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. The 34-year-old actor was put on the spot and had to choose between Team Blake Lively or Team Justin Baldoni.
Back in December, Sklenar previously showed his support for Blake Lively after she filed a legal complaint alleging sexual harassment against Baldoni, who not only starred in the film but also directed it. The situation has caused quite a stir within the industry, with fans and colleagues taking sides.
Sklenar’s comments on CBS Mornings offer insight into where his allegiance lies in this drama. It’s clear that he stands by Lively and her claims, showing solidarity with his co-star during this difficult time. He clearly said to remember what the ethos is about concerning this film. I think he's a bit irked that so much "other stuff" is overshadowing the actual message of the film.
🤣 Brandon – you should have reminded your co-star Blake to focus on and talk about what the movie was about during the promotions.
Can somebody please explain to me why that mole on Blake's cheek changes from the left side to the right side in different photos.
New York Times should pay for their bs article. The rich buy support.
He was the reason I believed her at first because he posted on instagram to read to read her article anD he was ThErE
Liar
Didn't we already know this? How is this news? Baldoni is the one who wanted to remind people what the film was really about. Not "florals and friends."
Too bad, I liked him as an actor, in real life he seems like a pusdy whipped coward.
He’s team Blake. Don’t be fooled.
This person in his life is fictional, he's not a very good actor so he's not a convincing liar, a c list
He will take whos ever side is helping build his career. The fool got called out. He should of shut his mouth before he had more facts. Now he backpeddals. What a fool.
Coleen started this by insisting they cast Blake. She thought she was casting director. For a writer, she has a poor judge of character.
He supports Money, not integrity, righteousness nor justice. A sellout and not any of the heroic characters he plays.
Sitting on the fence is not a good attitude.
I think this is as "Team Justin" as he can say it. He's probably in an awkward situation from several angles.
In a few interviews he looked disgusted with blake.
In this interview he knows she's full of lies but for some reason he can't call he out. It's disgusting.
He was team lively before all the facts came out. Every single person should be held accountable who blamed baldoni and blindly supported blake for power and career opportunity. It is disgusting how these people are so greedy and jumped on the first chance they got before knowing everything. Brendan Sklenar should be ashamed of himself
Good answer — if he didn’t blatantly support Blake and participate in the spread of the New York Times article. This was too big of a public stand that he made for people to ignore, and a typical PR side-step around the host’s question doesn’t work in this instance. It would have been better and more respectable for him to humbly say, “I would like to be on Team Truth, for the good of all involved. But all I can do right now is to help shed a light on the message of the film that we poured our hearts into to make — and that is about the perils of domestic violence, etc.”
Why not be on team truth and admit you hust want to know the truth? At least he didnt say team Blake…everyone is afraid of WME and Ryan to do so.
We wont forget what you did Brandon. If you won against abuse why are you silent on what Blake has done to justin. The public has spoken and were sending you to the basement.
Yeah, he sees the Public’s reaction to 🐍. He was all up in Blake’s camp and now he’s for the movie. I never saw him once try to promote the DV side of the movie. Take a seat Mr. whoever you are.
Spineless
Vile human being
The correct answer is “Team truth,” but he’s really “Team whoever doesn’t tank my career.”
He is dumb. He supported Blake
It's funny how he pretends to be noble and righteous when he betrayed the innocent man who gave him a job.
