BREAKING: Air India Crash Preliminary Report Reveals Pilot Error
In a shocking revelation, India’s Air Accident Investigation Bureau has released a preliminary report regarding the tragic Air India crash that claimed more than 270 lives. The report identifies a catastrophic mistake made by one of the pilots shortly after takeoff, when they turned off the fuel control switches, effectively cutting off fuel supply to the aircraft’s engines.
The Boeing Dreamliner 787, which had just taken off from Ahmedabad, was en route to Gatwick Airport in the UK when disaster struck. Within moments of gaining altitude, the plane lost thrust and plummeted into a densely populated area. This horrifying incident led to not only immense loss of life aboard the aircraft but also catastrophic consequences on the ground.
Key findings from the report include cockpit voice recordings that shed light on the circumstances leading up to the disaster. Notably, one pilot questioned the decision of their colleague to deactivate the fuel switches, indicating a critical lapse in communication and judgment. The investigation asserts that there were no significant faults with the aircraft itself, emphasizing that the incident was a result of human error rather than mechanical failure.
As the details of this investigation unfold, experts and families of the victims are left grappling with the implications of such an avoidable tragedy. The report raises urgent questions about pilot training, cockpit procedures, and the necessity for stringent safety protocols in aviation.
This report is just the beginning of what is likely to be a long and intense investigation into one of India’s deadliest aviation disasters. The responsibility now falls on regulatory bodies to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future, safeguarding both passengers and those living in proximity to flight paths.
As we await further updates, the world watches with bated breath, hoping for answers and accountability in the wake of this devastating event.

No engine failure, just pilot error? That’s either the craziest mistake ever or someone’s story needs fuel. RIP to those onboard.
A black eye for all of India.
India is a country made from paper and mud …thats the reason.
So the pilot was a terrorist?
I see a pattern here, Indian engineers and building collapses, Indian truck drivers and crashes, Indian taxi drivers and pensioner scams and now Indian pilots and a plane crash that was either deliberate or it was plain stupidity. I worked with Indian machinists most of my entire working life and to put it bluntly, they are dumber than dog 💩, my training before I became a tradesman was 4 years, there's was 1 year. Dumber than dog 💩 and arrogant beyond belief.
This is going to happen way more often. Especially in the west. Because of the DEI push. We have a LOT of incompetent and less competent pilots. At the moment we have some chaperones. Older, retired pilots who oversee the flights. They are already warning of issues. As they fully retire, these pilots will be on their own. I think you should know the pilot before boarding. Same as you can with Uber.
why plan does not have any warning & correction mechanisms for that ?
So now people are saving their asses by blaming a dead pilot. Good game.
Boeing is never at fault! It’s always either the pilots or the bird🙄
Why is that woman speaking? She doesnt sojnd like ahe knows what shes talkig about at all
So the pilots aren't trained very well in India noted NEVER trust Indian pilots
787 got scammed by jeets.
My question is, why are there not video cameras in all commercial aircraft cockpits aimed at all the controls and recorded?
Listening to a woman that doesn’t have the slightest clue what she’s on about is painful
Wow…. the question is why, why, why
Here we go again blame the pilots when we know these Boeing planes are questionable these pilots said they didn’t turn them off I believe them check Boeing please maybe these switches are auto switching on and off
So sick.
Trump caused the crash
Vishwaguru
All lies.
The investigators new it wasn't plane fault weeks ago .
There should be a SIS mechanism that can inhibit cutting off the fuel to the engines or shutting off the engines while the plane is taking off.
Very surprised they're making any announcement regarding the cause of the crash this soon. Typical investigation for things like this is closer to a year, not months. Curious who leaked this info tbh
If nothing wrong with the plane, why is it even possible to cut off fuel like that when fuel is needed for take off? That's a major engineering flaw
So it was intentional by the pilot. Did he sacrifice everyone for some cause of his?
Interesting. A few pilots from the beginning thought it might have been this issue about the co pilot switching the wrong switch but then most including these few, changed their minds of what it could be.
So those few had it right from the beginning. Maybe they were worried about blaming the pilots. 🤷♀️.
I’m still shocked this one “simple” mistake can even be an option to begin with 🤦🏼♀️
US needs cameras in cockpit.
Terrorism?
