The talk would explore my journey from childhood to becoming a content creator, using my personal experiences to speak about a larger idea: seeing possibilities beyond the conventional path. I want to begin with my childhood, how my upbringing, family circumstances, limited resources and early experiences shaped the way I looked at the world. From there, I can talk about growing up with conventional ideas of success, pursuing education, entering the corporate world and eventually realising that the path I was following wasn’t necessarily the path I wanted. Content creation became the unexpected turning point. What started with a phone and a few ideas gradually became an audience, a career and eventually the possibility of building something of my own. Pramod Paul is a Bengaluru-based content creator from Kolar, Karnataka, who transitioned from a career in wealth management and fintech research into full-time content creation. Starting his journey in late 2024, he quickly gained recognition for relatable, character-driven comedy and original formats such as “Chindi Salary,” HR Priya, and Telugu Mom. His content has been featured by India Today and his music-led comedy has become widely popular across the Telugu states. In 2026, he made the unconventional decision to leave his corporate job and pursue content creation full-time. Today, he has built a community of 340,000+ followers and has worked with major brands including Netflix, Flipkart, Coca-Cola, ChatGPT, Uber, Indeed, and Naukri, while also exploring writing and production.
