Originally scheduled to happen Saturday (Jan. 28) at Expo Park, the one-day festival is now on the calendar for Saturday, June 28. A portion of revenue from the rescheduled event will be donated to the California Fire Foundation.

In a statement, organizers of Brunch Electronik write, “As we watched these tragic events unfold, we couldn’t help but feel that hosting a celebration at this time would be distasteful and tone-deaf. Our city is hurting, and many in our community are facing unimaginable losses. This is not the time to celebrate —- it’s a time to pause, reflect, and come together to support those in need.” (Read the complete statement below.)

The lineup for the event includes house and techno artists such as Apache, Stephan Bodzin, Dubfire and Julia Sandstorm. The lineup for the rescheduled event will be revealed in the coming months.

Ticketholders are able to request a refund at point of purchase through Jan. 22. Tickets for the postponed event will be honored at the rescheduled edition in June.

Founded in 2013 in Barcelona, Brunch Electronik has hosted events in Madrid, Paris, Lisbon, Lima and São Paulo, and made it’s Los Angeles debut in 2024. The event is owned by Superstruct Entertainment, which has a portfolio of more than 80 events including the electronic festivals and events Boiler Room, DGTL, Mysteryland, Parookaville, along with Sziget, one of the largest music festivals in Europe, and the world’s largest heavy metal festival, Germany’s Wacken Open Air.
