A l’heure du changement climatique et sociaux, l’habitat collectif se réappropri ses espaces commun pour permettre de trouver des solutions à l’isolement, l’augmentation des températures et du besoin de tisser à nouveau des liens entre voisin. Aldric Beckmann, architecte DPLG et directeur, est lauréat des Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architectes 2001-2002. Il a fondé l’agence Beckmann N’Thépé en 2001, devenue Aldric Beckmann Architectes en 2018. Son parcours inclut des collaborations avec des figures renommées comme Jean Nouvel et François Seigneur. Il a été nommé Architecte Conseil de l’État en 2023. Aldrick Beckmann enseigne l’architecture à l’École Penninghen depuis 202. Parmi ses réalisations notables figurent la Gare d’Aulnay-sous-Bois, le Plateau du Kirchberg au Luxembourg, et la ZAC Saint Martin à Toulouse.
En plus de son travail d’architecte, il est peintre, plasticien, conférencier et architecte pour l’ONG Handicap Santé au Tchad. Ses réalisations variées, allant de la construction de logements à des espaces culturels et des infrastructures publiques, suggèrent une approche fonctionnel de l’usage des lieux, l’incitant à réfléchir sur l’usage d’espaces communs en habitat collectif.
