In the early ’90s, the New Orleans Police Department was plagued by a major corruption scandal. Attracted by the prospect of making easy money from drug trafficking, some cops are willing to kill to protect their profits. FBI agents devise a plan to stop the traffickers and restore public confidence in the local police force.
