The day kicks off at Animal Kingdom, where we dive right into the thrills of the Dinosaur ride, marking a sentimental final journey on this fan favorite. Next, we conquer Expedition Everest and explore the breathtaking world of Pandora, including the thrilling Flight of Passage. While I keep some of the day’s magic private to cherish with family, the rain prompts a transition to Disney Springs.
At Disney Springs, we refuel with delectable treats from Amorette’s and savor a savory sandwich, perfect for staving off hunger before our highly anticipated dinner at Summer House on the Lake. The cheesy dream puffs steal the show, providing a mouthwatering highlight to our meal.
After a bit of shopping and a cheeky detour to Ghirardelli’s, the fun continues at Magic Kingdom. As the day unfolds, we enjoy fan favorites like the PeopleMover, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, and It’s a Small World. We even cool down with delicious Coke floats from Storybook Treats before finding our spot on Main Street to take in the breathtaking Happily Ever After fireworks show.
The adventure doesn’t end there! The following day, I reunite with my brother for a magical dining experience at Space 220 in Epcot. This space-themed eatery transports us beyond the stars, allowing us to indulge in an immersive dining adventure like no other.
