First of all it was not ran by slumlords it was ran by the government I was raised there in the 80s in the nineties when y'all documents Yahoo documents very wrong of different areas you all come in different areas and make it look so horrible but that's not the way it was it was a beautiful Community back in the 80s in the correct it was named after different areas but the real name was Liberty Square Community Center
