It Happened! Elon Musk LEAKED The Way NEW GIGA PRESS 50.000T Built Tesla Model Q In 5s At GigaTexas!
In a groundbreaking announcement, Elon Musk has unveiled the latest evolution in Tesla’s manufacturing prowess: the incredible new Giga Press machine, capable of producing the underbody of the highly anticipated Tesla Model Q in just five seconds. This monumental achievement is set to revolutionize the automotive industry.
Imagine a die-casting machine so massive it rivals the size of a house, churning out new Teslas at an astonishing rate—this is the promise of the 50,000-ton Giga Press. Musk described this innovation as “a giant version of a toy factory,” but with capabilities that far exceed conventional production methods.
What makes this Giga Press extraordinary is not just its size, but its efficiency. It can simultaneously cast five vehicle underbodies, showcasing Tesla’s leadership in giga casting technology. This marks a new era for electric vehicle manufacturing, as Tesla becomes the first EV manufacturer to effortlessly combine this advanced technology with mass production.
While many competitors are still bogged down by traditional assembly lines, Tesla is poised to leap ahead, integrating Giga Press machines into its smart manufacturing system. The future of affordable electric vehicles is here, and it’s being built faster and smarter than ever.
Stay tuned as we delve deeper into this manufacturing marvel and explore what it means for the future of Tesla and the automotive industry!

The fact that they can produce so many parts in one go makes me wonder what other industries will be transformed by this technology.
Are there any cybersecurity risks in a fully AI-automated production environment, especially with centralized control systems?
Seeing the Giga Press in action really highlights Tesla’s innovation. It’s insane how much they can produce in such a short time!
Could this process be a model for future space manufacturing—imagine Giga Presses on Mars or the Moon making habitats and vehicles?
I’m just in awe of how quickly Tesla is advancing in robotics. Truly a company of the future.
If Tesla succeeds here, will we see AI-designed vehicles produced by AI-operated factories with no human input beyond initial programming?
❤I Love Elon Musk😻❤🎉
Amazing!!!!
This sounds great, very impressive. Only question is repairing accidented cars. How do you panelbeat aluminium castings? I'm guessing you would have to replace entire castings. Maybe most cars will be total wright-offs.
Be careful Elon the Chinese will try to copy this manufacturing marvel.
🥰
Model Q?
Why is the giga press sideways? Wouldn't it be easier to make it vertical? make 2 of them next to each other, working like elevators, using each other as counter weights.
We need Aluminum Air batteries created with Nuclear power and molten salt batteries. Then we can have 0 negative impact on the environment and basically infinite energy.
Could Tesla’s new production model force traditional automakers to fundamentally redesign their supply chains from scratch?
Is this just the beginning of an entirely new category of “mechafacturing” where robots, AI, and physics merge to build things faster than ever before
This is next-level manufacturing—casting five chassis at once in under 5 seconds is insane!
The 50,000-ton Giga Press sounds like something straight out of a sci-fi movie.
Tesla is truly revolutionizing the way cars are made.
What happens if a defect is found in one part of the five-chassis mold—do all five castings get scrapped?
Can the structural integrity of a single-piece chassis match or exceed traditional multi-part assemblies under real-world crash conditions?
Great video
Elon’s Matchbox Manufacturing Philosophy, ‘redesigning manufacturing capabilities.’
Imagine resignation of companies who showed little interest in Giga Press casting machine.
Imagine IDRA’s deserved satisfaction.
Imagine Elon’s satisfaction, excitement. ♥️
If you are making 50-75 diffferent car models well this technology will not work too expensive
Sounds like an auto repair/insurance nightmare.
Insuring Tesla
Is already highly more expensive
I wish Elon didn’t get involved with Trump because everyone knows that he turns on everyone eventually and then tries to destroy you with lawsuits. It’s great that this press can produce parts very fast but now no one wants a Tesla ☹️
That is why Telsa change it model 😂😂😂
Can't and expensive to change models 😂😂😂
