Not in 40 seconds !! every 40 seconds
What does this do to the time and cost of repair, say: after an accident or a major component malfunction.
After an accident is it going to be necessary to replace whole sections of the body (6 components), and who is going to do it?
Or what does this do to time and cost of replacing a component.
Is the cost and time to repair going to skyrocket along with insurance premiums.
From a owners point if view there is much more to the cost of ownership than just the sales price.
No people lol And they claimed it was immigrants stealing jobs.
Everyone knows Tesla paint jobs are subpar. It just doesn't look good. That's why so many owners pay to have color film installed on their Tesla. For those who don't get the color film, your car looks like crap. Not a good paint job at all
Tesla has employed the Toyota Production System (TPS), aka Lean Manufacturing, better than Toyota. Having studied and applied TPS in my factories for decades, creating billions in market value, I never thought anyone would out-TPS Toyota. Less Parts = Less Waste is an existing TPS concept, one most practitioners overlook. The Unboxed Process is also an existing TPS concept called Cellular Manufacturing, where subassembly cells are created to reduce waste, cycle time, and cost. Tesla's breakthrough is embracing TPS concepts then using its advantage in technical innovation to create equipment that allows them to take far greater advantage of TPS concepts than anyone else has. Given how expansive TPS's body of knowledge is, the most successful auto-makers will analyze how innovation could leverage all the other elements of TPS. I'm rooting for Tesla and hope they see this potential, and not just in the Tesla factory, but in other industries, like air travel. I was a supplier to Boeing, which implemented TPS with their 737 Moving Line. When we tried to partner with them to take TPS to the next level, we discovered how incomplete their understanding of TPS was. Elon Musk could combine Tesla's advancement with SpaceX's aerospace technology to transform passenger and freight travel. The sky's the limit!
I did not see any evidence of molten aluminum at that so called giga press. Am I missing something ??
No more replacments parts people! Broken bumper? Get a new car 🤑💸💸💸💸
what a trash ai video
AI cumfart video
Fuck nazis, fuck Musk 🖕🖕🖕

Tesla is copying Aptera, except with old-fashioned steel body part instead of carbon fiber.
every1 likes elon including me but he seems like a guy spread thin too thin n his ai less ppl scares me. cancelled cybertruck bc of the standard issue of near zero ppl n mywayorighway attitude of elon. … his making robots by the ,000,000s should scare bejeepers outa us all … but at least hes not suckaberg or Altman
How about Crash Repairs?
Elon Musk is a supporter of genocide and a miserable excuse for a human being. I don’t care how efficient he is; he is not worth paying attention to as a human being!
40 Seconds isn't that hard to accomplish.
I'm pretty sure Tesla would have spare parts available because they know which parts were out and which ones don't They'll have the parts storage
This is old news. It has been happening across the worldwide auto industry. Even laggards like GM and Ford are confirmed buyers of gigapress technology as are the Japanese. This has been going on for years and the leaders are now the Chinese, not Tesla, and the manufacturing principles of this technology are the same regardless of whether it is a gas/diesel/EV/Hybrid vehicle.
This video is about 4 to 5 yrs late.
DO NOT BUY TESLA – ok?
Cheaper cost = more profit. Price to the customer stays the same. 🙂
Say a single car can be made in 60 seconds is dumb.
How about a Tesla body shop? Will the cars be throwaways?
Tesla was funded by AMERICAN TAX PAYER! It is called subsides! Americans pay for the world
sooo. A tesla in every garage, and a rock in every pot… without work, who has money to eat.
Thousands is out of jobs.😊
get a,I, to build a car….no doors 3 steering wheels
Elon Musk to be seen with a war criminal wanted by the International Court !
40 seconds is about how long you might live after a crash in a Cybertruck for lack or hidden door handles that keeps you from escaping.
Incorrect, a Tesla car is not made in X seconds, a car is finished being produced and comes out of the factory at a high cadance, coming out every X seconds, but the car remains in the line being assembled for longer than X seconds.
No jobs -> no need for cars -> factories doing nothing…
Manufacturers yearn to replace human workers with robots. However, the same manufacturers want to keep the human customers. People with any wealth at all are looking for robot assistants in their homes, rather than human ones. I remember when the first humans were replaced by machines, when cash stations began to appear, eliminating the need for human bank tellers. We are witnessing the rise of the machine empire. If you own a bunker in New Zealand, then your family my be among the last humans to survive what's coming.
These Ai presentations are most impressive, but I think give us way too much expectations. For example, this elusive Model 2 that was gonna cost $12K to $13K. What happen to that car, it is nowhere to be found. Too much BS…
A car brand forever linked to fascism.
can not repair throw away
The issue with this approach is that it only benefits Tesla because it’s cheaper to build cars, and the consumer assuming the purchase price is also cheaper.
However:
– How the hell would they be able to address design flaws and recalls?
– Repairs would be impossible and/or require 1/3 of the vehicle to be replaced to address a bad component in that section.
– An even bigger problem is repairing a vehicle that has been in an accident. This is why a very high percentage of Teslas get totaled in relatively minor collisions where most other vehicles with similar damage are easily repairable at a significantly lower cost. This is why the insurance cost for Teslas has skyrocketed and some insurance companies won't even write a policy on one (and some Tesla models are virtually uninsurable). A friend of a friend really wanted a Cyber Truck and ordered one but cancelled his order because he couldn't get it insured at anything close to a reasonable cost.
What a load of utter nonsense.!!!
You're glazing him so much, you must think he's a fkng doughnut.!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Pathetic.!
🥤Popcorn & soda Monday!
The Giga Press saves manufacturing time, streamlining the entire process for seamless integration.🥤
liar and thieves
Wishful utopia, AI designs the vehicles robots do all the assembly work yet humans without an income won't afford the future vehicles.
