The car elevator require a good skill to drive in. I think the home owner will finally just park on the drive way eventually.
Beautiful place, thank you, Enes❤
The interior is like a fancier dorm for the construction workers…
Then I realize what it is – a ship container house!
office home 🙂 The reason I didn't call it a "home office" is because it gave the feeling of an office being converted into a home; it didn't really convey its soul.
Definitely not worth the price
A beautiful cliffside house overlooking the beach. It gives off the same vibes as the luxury villas in Uluwatu, Bali. ❤
The low ceiling make Enes looks like 6'5 tall.
You won't be able to throw stones if you live here

View is great but in regards to the house itself…. I hate it lol.

Inteting…But, the houses are all huddled together… That’s not what luxury is. To me, the truly interesting homes are in the hills behind. Real rock stars know what I’m talking about…😉. This one is just a business project. Ils look like esthetique surgery center
Im sorry, but i dont like this house at all 🫣.
I appreciate the architecture but that is not a building anyone would want to live in…
You've heard the phrase, "a face, only a mother could love"? This is the architectural version of that. I get that it is in Malibu, right on the water, and the views are amazing, but I would rather put a $500k house from Moreno Valley in this house's place. Quite frankly, Koenig's name doesn't make this a good house. Whatever his acclaim, it doesn't change the fact that this is a Costco warehouse shrunk to the size of a home. It feels sterile. I am sure the views are fantastic and the sound of the waves is pristine, but for $15 million dollars, this is a waste of money…
first time i see a pool i this channel that no one will actually use
cold house and sorry not worth it even though i appreciate the structure
Feels more like a Public Storage than a home.
enes dressed up very fashionable in this one and still can make it work with the professional presentation. that lautner house just looks so much better, timeless, priceless
I really hope that you can tour the Beyer house. It looks so unique and iconic.
That car parking is atrocious
Meh
Stunning views, and I really like the glass wall lighting, blue glass shower and the built in shelf with concrete. But for the size of the home it's crazy how small everything feels. I do appreciate the dedication to the palette, sadly it's the same palette as a warehouse. Great tour as always Enes!
Enes you did it again my brother 👌🏿
Very new idea
That's a Herman Miller Airia Desk
Going to need some work to make it liveable, lack of wood and too much bare metal.
Very industrial feeling to the concrete
Horrible TV room
Some horrible bedrooms
I mean who could live fulltime in a paltry 3500sq ft house?
I cant wait for you know who to review this one. Too much like living in a massive storage shed for me.
Feels like someone furnished a multi-storey carpark.
It’s a box!!
An interesting style in a very beautiful place for sure! 👌🏻❤️ Will share more of my thoughts on it in the Patreon chat.😉
Doesn’t look homely at all
cool house but they should have thought more on the car parking! that tiny elevator access who would walk to squeeze a 2.5million dollar car in that ? i would never use it… some of these building get too lost in the coolness of the house and forget to make it really functional
I generally like exposed structural elements like steel beams and concrete… But the ceiling in corrugated metal is maybe taking it a bit too far 😅 Still wouldn't bother me, there is a lot you can do to warm up an interior with furniture and so on.
$15M to live in a warehouse…
Место отличное, вид шикарный. Но какой же отстойный дом… В России так строят складские помещения. Низкие потолки, профлист, швелера, бетон… Это даже не лофт. Очень на любителя.
I love judging what I can't afford
It looks like a cross between a greenhouse and a shipping container.
Are there people that actually like cold and soulless places to live?
Love how you mention the concrete screws in a home with plenty of concrete walls. Had to learn the hard way myself. Quick tip is to use zip ties & stick them in with the screw for anchoring. New floors would do this house wonders. The furniture, setting, and lifestyle dont mix together well. That glass shower is beautiful.
💙💙💙
Keep going
My OCD cannot bypass that artwork hanging slightly off-center at 18:05…..
