Join me on my post-injury journey in Manhattan as I explore iconic locations with a knee scooter. After three weeks of limited mobility, I ventured from Midtown Manhattan to Central Park, feeling almost normal again as I glided down 5th Avenue. Follow along as I navigate the bustling streets of NYC with my trusty knee scooter, documenting my adventures and sharing tips for getting around the city with limited mobility. Recorded on September 10, 2024, this video captures the resilience and determination needed to explore the city that never sleeps, even with an injury. Good morning
This was a great knee scooter ride from Bryant Park to Central Park
along with your dad and have a wonderful week AK.🖖🇺🇲
NYC videos never ceases to amaze me. Keep up the great job AK. Speedy recovery to you
Bruh, stop saying you're disabled. There are millions of people who will never move again. THEY'RE disabled forever. You have a broken bone. You're gonna be fine. Stop looking for sympathy.
Well done AK for doing your best to get out & about to create content..I admire your spirit 👏
Kudos to you! I love your independent spirit! Keep up the good work!
Great way to see Manhattan by knee scooter…lots of people walking up and down the busy streets….sunny side up day…thanks AK for showing us around the place 😅🎉😂
Nice video 👍 get well soon!
Walking with your knee scooter really helps you empathize with people who have to navigate everyday. Glad to see you out and about.
The bicycles on the sidewalk give me so much anxiety. (And it’s illegal.) Walking around the city on two feet is tricky enough these days, I can’t imagine it on a knee scooter or push chair ♥️
I know this hasn't been easy. I appreciate your bravery and passion through it all. Much respect to you AK ..and your dad. ❤✨
Looks dominating AK😍🤩! You rode your knee scooter in NYC Bryant Park to Central Park!😏😎 Just remember what I said be careful, try not to fall down, don't get injured, and thanks for sharing that scooter ride!🥹🤗😌🥰
Wow Action kid that didn't look easy Glad you are turning this injury into a learning experience and strength to push on Thanks for taking us along to watch it
It's so great to see you pushing on, very inspiring. This is a classic NYC from you and I'm absolutely loving it. All the best AK. Cheers
It's not as easy navigating through the busy streets in Manhattan using a knee scooter, but you've made it possible. 👍 I admire your efforts and determination in continuously creating content during your recovery. 🏆 I'm glad your dad was also there to support you, and thank you for sharing this video, AK! 🤗
scooterkid!
What’s the latest on what the doctor says? Museums usually have smooth floors. How about taking us to museums during this time? Just a suggestion. It is great to see you out of a wheel chair.
Wonderful to see you getting out and doing your thing with the knee scooter!
