Ingredients: (25 cm pan diameter)
Eggs – 4 pieces
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – 250 g / 15 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 10 g / 2 tsp
Vegetable oil – 160 g
Milk – 100 g
Flour – 300 g / 1.8 cups
Baking powder – 10 g / 2 tsp
Zest of one lemon
Zest of one orange
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) for 40 – 45 minutes
