In this captivating video, we journey through Ho Chi Minh City’s newest gem, 1 Ly Thai To Park, located in District 10. Opened in early 2026 after just 90 days of construction, this 4.3-hectare park serves as a poignant memorial to the resilience and solidarity demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic. The centerpiece, an impressive 6-meter “Water Drop” Monument, symbolizes hope and healing, featuring a heart-shaped cutout that pays tribute to the lives lost. Join us as we explore this beautiful space, full of meaning and reflection. Recorded on April 16, 2026.

The Fine Art Museum mansions around Ben Thanh area, and this whole park property built and owned by the same man Huỳnh Văn Hoa (黃文華) He's from Fujian region so Vietnamese don't call him Huỳnh but Hứa, or Hui Bon Hoa. He's a wealthy Chinese property investor started out with trash and recycling business. These are the projects built by him in Saigon: Hotel Majestic, Fine Art museum, Tu Du maternal hospital, 20.000-30.000 colonial shophouses found in Saigon – Cholon, This getaway retreat (8 villas, overtime only 7 remained, sadly 3 destroyed for this park
–Saigon Hospital at the end of Le Loi street near Ben Thanh, this was a gift for the city of Saigon as he owed his success to the city.
Many people filmed this park at night with lights and so many people, this is a rare sight of a quiet park, thanks for showing us!
Ps. The Fine Art Museum consists of 3 buildings, 2 on the sides have displays, the middle building use as storage, and rent out the hall for wedding banquet, but many people didn't know so they only visit the big building.
