Spending a whopping $300K on procedures like Brazilian butt lifts and lip injections, Mateo aims to compete with the allure of women. This has made him overly sexualized, causing him to be wary of people’s intentions when dating. Enter Thanh, a 25-year-old men’s designer, who is going on a blind date with Mateo. As they get to know each other, Mateo reveals his insecurities about trust and his unique appearance.
