The driver of the transport truck involved in the tragic bridge crash in Sicamous, B.C., has been identified as Raminderjit Singh, a 25-year-old truck driver with Mountain Peak Transport in Abbotsford. Singh had only recently started working at the company, but he had all the necessary qualifications and had been driving trucks in both Canada and the U.S. for about two years. The crash occurred when Singh went through the RW Bruhn Bridge guard rail and into the water below, resulting in his untimely death. His family is now asking for any witnesses to come forward to help them find closure in this devastating situation.

I think he saved someone else's life that day
May be international student?
This is the fault of government. Can you imagine in this banana republic people can get truck licence on visit visa!!!
Let’s keep letting illegal immigrants in
he did the monster mash
it was a bridge yard smash
They get off the plane go to a trucking school for 3 weeks and then cause carnage on our roads.
looks like flimsy guardrail
Maybe luck of sleep, sounds more like it, I BELIEVE THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED OR ON HIS CELL PHONE. BLESSINGS TO THE VICTIMS FAMILY. In Canada it's not what you know it's who you know.
Was he even licensed? Because this is a regular occurrence last few years .. thank god he didn’t kill innocent ppl.
they have been in charge of the truckers in canada
Such a tragedy. Rest in peace.
More roadside heavy truck inspections like they used to do and operator competency checks needed.
Don’t sell them drivers licence
The problem is the license mills and diploma mills these immigrants are running and i'm sure there's more than just those..
Kind is not a qualification for anything. It is not a skill.
All the arm chair warriors, nobody knows exactly what happened but of course all the slanderous mcarthyites come out of the woodwork to include the narrative they wish to impart on their tribe. It makes me believe that we are well past the apex of our learning curve and require contact with higher life forms. Hey maybe he did make a mistake, you know like that time you pulled onto the road because there was no cars, only there was. Humans eh, and look theres lots of them going over horse and buggy bridges etc maybe probability comes into play.
I for the past 10 yrs I spend time driving all over North America, I can say with much confidence that txting and driving with truck drivers is getting out of hand.
I see as many operators of big rigs txting as I do driver of daily vehicles.
These vehicles wander all over the road at the best of times let alone with a distracted driver at the wheel.🤦🏼
check his cellphone
So sad.
These guys pay someone in their family for their drivers licenses and their killing Canadians everyday. Its unexceptable!!!
Sunny ways my friends. Sunny ways
