Discover the wild true story of Finding Fidel. In 1958, war cameraman Erik Durschmied trekked into Cuba’s Sierra Maestra mountains to track down and interview a little-known rebel leader: Fidel Castro. Just weeks later, Castro’s revolution took Havana and changed world history forever.

Two brothers, a dynasty for 67 years. Thousands were executed and jailed while millions went missing in the ocean or exile somewhere around the globe. He promised democracy and universal suffrage. Never happened… now Cuba is a pile of garbage and crumbling infrastructure managed by the descendants. You don’t have to be a Cuban national to know the truth and the facts.
Excelente!!
The terrorist fidel castro destroyed cuba 🇨🇺
Because of people who glorified and supported that demon, we Cubans are still living under a 67-year-long dictatorship today.
Dead commie.
Unlike the other 😊😊😊😊😊
In cuba this documentary would be considered terrorism. That's communism for you. Viva cuba libre!!
You mean he could have saved cuba from 60 years of destruction. Castro asesino.
Eric got there thanks to Andrew St. George, who spent more time than any other journalist in the Sierra (8 months). More than 50 foreign journalists trekked there in his wake. Eric met Andrew bc latter was Hungarian and had lived in Austria after WWII. Without Andrew, Eric’s trip was not possible. He literally held the boom pole for Fidel. Too bad he is ignored, as usual…
I highly recommend the German documentary “Cuba Before the Revolution, a Mafia Paradise”
I was in Santiago de Cuba; I went to Playa Girón and walked past the ruined bungalows, reminders of the intervention. I took a look inside Ernest Hemingway's villa. He really did have a little library in the bathroom; he wrote down his weight on the tiles, adding the note “in my pajamas”. Visit Cuba—don't be afraid of the people there. They're wonderful people who love a good laugh.
Fidel Castro has two siblings. They are all highly educated. The family was very wealthy—which is incomprehensible to Americans—and the American lifestyle was rejected in Cuba.
There are no depictions of “quarts” for Black slaves—with holes for the iron shackles meant to prevent them from escaping… which is an American invention…
Communist scum

Propaganda and lies against the Cuban people and their democratically elected government to uphold human rights of health, education, housing and food.
