It seems a nice place without the high rise ugliness of other touristy places. And it’s Sunday therefore everything is closed 😮
I wonder if it Would be less awkward to use a baseball hat camera (like insta 360) when interacting with people? Maybe those cameras are not small enough yet. Ultra-small spy cameras are crap for vlogging in my experience.
WHS
🤘+ Ozzy=…..rock and roll…Mr. Crowley…….damn Tahiti seems muy aburrido. Head on to NZ and Aus.
YoRana…..Namaste…….Dhogdiya
😂 nice town 😊
And you say you are Canadian. You should know your days of the week in French ! Okay, I know you were just born in Canada and moved to USA when you were very young. All Canadians that go to elementary and high school learn French and have a limited French vocabulary.
Rooftop, sunset view in Tahiti looks amazing! Probably excellent French wine. Happy to get the Kon Tiki and Thor Hyerdahl more recognition.
Hi Gabe. The fruit is definitely mango and possibly Davidson Plum. The red flowering tree is a Poinciana. It seems very chilled there 😀 Looking forward to seeing some of the island interior. Cheers.
Some parts of Papeete look a bit rough. It seems there are beaches further away from Papeete some look o.k for swimming.
Well, after having to endure your insanely annoying intros, now we have to listen to you reading signs in French. You can't do it. Stick to anglais (English) s'il te plait.
I have had interest in visiting this part of the world further. Supposed to have some of the most untouched reefs out on some of the remote islands
Wtf ! I’m so sad seeing this. I always have imagined Tahiti o so so so beautiful
You are not in Papeete, this is outside the city, you hawe to go back to ferry station and continue south to Gr.Marina and beaches
I bet that Tahitian cannabis is pretty tasty!
What I do when I vlog is I'm always holding an impossible-not-to-spot full mirrorless camera with a 24-105mm lens at a 60 degree angle so they know exactly what I'm doing. 99% of the time I get good reactions.
Thanks for taking us off the beaten track with you, Gabriel. I stayed at the same boutique hotel, but I didn't get to explore outside the city center. Bon Voyage✈✈🧳🧳
Duuuude. You arent going to Moorea or Bora Bora?! 😮
On Mediterranean islands, almost the entire coast is suitable for swimming, other than at ferry ports and cliffs.
I don't understand why you don't do even the slightest amount of research about where to walk in the city before heading out. The video could have been so much more enjoyable if you had done that.
For those who keep searching:
It starts at 8:00 and then a little bit at 9:00 👀👀
You are welcome 😁
Your rather dull video motivated me to check out Papeete using Google Maps and I think renting a car would have been your best choice. There seems to be plenty to see there but it's spread out. The Museum of Tahiti looks awesome and Charles Hall Museum looks cool. I remember reading his Mutiny On the Bounty trilogy inspiring me to join the Navy although I never got anywhere near Tahiti. A friend of mine who got busted out of Nuclear Power School for smoking pot got orders to a destroyer that visited all of those cool South Pacific islands. How was I to know that getting caught smoking pot was the path to the great adventure. I was a good boy and got rewarded with three years in the gloomy shipyard at rainy Bremerton, Washington while the Enterprise was being overhauled. Ugh.
By the way, have you ever given thought to visiting Pitcairn Island, the island where the Bounty mutineers eventually settled? They have Google Maps ground view of Pitcairn and others have vlogged from there but your perspective would be interesting.
That Intersport caught me off guard. We have that here in the Netherlands but I guess it is a French chain.
those murals are amazing, artists are really talented 👍
Not my place.. I’d rather Greece 🇬🇷
All this time, I thought you were in New Caledonia. I had no idea that French Polynesia was a totally different group of islands 😂😂😂
The built environment is very beautiful there 😍 and so many beautiful fruit trees 🥰
Gabrial you can never resist a wings Selfie 👍
So much of your profile …..
The mural with he bear.. somebody was smoking some ganja to come up with that one 😂
