Yes!! Mad season, Tori Amos, FNM!!
I can't stand AI music. It simply trains on a whole bunch of copyright music and regurgitates a facsimile of them. Really bad for real musicians. Always support real music and actual talented creators.
Did you hear about German in Venice what happened to his channel I guess you have to be careful what you post.🤓
Sorry, pal. But like Dave Grohl said, it's all about real musicians, playing real instruments, and writing real music. You can have your AI, fella. 👎🎵
Oh no, AI music, why??? There is so much good music by real musicians out there, so many other good musicians from other parts of the world (not only Anglo-American): Ravi Shankar, Youssou N'dour, Ali Farka Toure, Miriam Makeba, to name but a few.
Also there are many English and American musicians not on your list, e.g. maybe you would enjoy listening to Calexico, Electrelane, and other not so well known bands.
If you like to listen to non AI ambient music, have you ever listened to Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Boards of Canada, Loop Guru, ….the list goes on
To me, AI music is too perfect, to predictable, more like elevator music with cheesy lyrics, it is not something I enjoy or cherish.
If you want to create AI music yourself, you can prompt the AI model of your choice, be it gemini or chatgpt, with prompts such as "An 80s synthwave track with a driving bassline, melancholic saxophone solo, and nostalgic atmosphere, 120 BPM.“, you don't need to be a musician for that.
In the 90's when all Israelis went to
Turkey I have seen Antalia Kushadassi
Izmir Bursa and Istanbul l think the most touristic places are the old port
cities of Antalia and Kushadassi
The old greek town of effesus
and sites in Istanbul like the big mosk
that has been a church aia Sofia
and the area of Istaclal squer. The food was cheep and good. The amazing thing is the deference
between the modern Istanbul and
the conservatives religious east.
how many steps did you do this day Gabe?
Cool music stories brother
Hell preachers inc, 13th floor elevators, sitting bull-trip away, captain beefheart – electricity and trout mask replica
First UB40 lp best from them. The yellow album.
5:48…that looks like a custom Chevy Impala from the early sixties – painted pink!!!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is a fair number of old American cars in Turkey.
They know a good thing when they see one.
If that's a goddess temple, it may be Anatolian, judging from the architecture and decorative elements. I hope someone is conserving it! The ancient Mother Goddess tradition was/is centered on the nameless divine feminine principle, so the names are many and flexible. Think Hindu goddess Durga, mother of all goddesses, and you'll get the idea…I'm studying this at the Maetreum of Cybele, a historic recreation religious organization. Earliest representation of Her so far is the seated goddess from Catal Huyuk, a site 10,000 years old….ps Rat in the Kitchen rules!!!
The Greek music played in your Greek videos, are my favourites. Safe travels..
Cool beans man. Check out Wolf Alice if you haven't yet.
GABE EVERYTIME I WATCH ITS LIKE A MINI VACATION 😅
GABE TO EACH IS OWN .😅 ENJOY YOUR LIFE.
Greetings from Asia – enjoyed this one, Gabriel. Cappadocia might be heavily touristed but there’s really so much to it, past and present.
I would like to visit countries such as iran arzbajan and india oneday Inshllah if i get visas
You definitely have good taste in music. I found out about the band Curve from you mentioning them a bunch in your videos over the years. They are an amazing shoegaze band that I listen to often
Are they just pumping it out of Suno? 😅
A few days ago you posted a video where you showed an album cover on your phone. I thought it looked interesting, so I looked it up. I quickly found Dark Chord from there. I was also very shocked at just how good much of it was. They captured the sounds of 1968-1973 psychedelic acid rock pretty well, but there is some added influence from even the '90s and/or other genres that make it very interesting. Thank you for showing that screenshot from your phone. Now this video. Another one I found that you might like are four albums by "Yellow Cactus" put out by 70 Rock Verse. 30 years ago, I knew an attorney whose parents had been hard core hippies. They had a collection of what he said was nearly 1000 really obscure psychedelic acid rock from that time period. He loaned a few of the LPs. A lot of them were pretty interesting. That said, the Dark Chord is like a very much needed blast from the past. AI can be used for some good after all. Thanks. 🙂
I really hope that one day Gabriel will "discover" an amazing band called Thievery Corporation 🙂 The music that changed my life and taste when it comes to music in general.
Fellow Pumpkinhead here, although I don't really listen anything after Machina II.
I used to use Epidemic sound to avoid any Copyright issues. Since I have pretty much stopped uploading I ceased my Epidemic Sound subscription. I also have had a few video de monetised for the same Audio reasons. Oh well.. Safe Travels Big Fella 🙂
Hi Gabriel if you dont know them check out a legendary English rhythm and blues band formed on Canvey Island, Essex, in 1971 called Dr Feelgood they were quite simply a killer band to see back in the day live they also made videos of some of there concerts. dr feelgood members were Lee Brilleaux (vocals, harmonica), Wilko Johnson (guitar), John B. "Sparko" Sparks (bass), and John "The Big Figure" Martin (drums).
I am a baby boomer and I love 60's music, all the classics, started off with Bob Dylan, then all the other Bob's ,Marley, Seger, and I branched off towards Nitty gritty dirt band, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Tom Petty, Jimmy Buffet, Hoyt Axton, John Prine, some country like Allan Jackson. I quit listening to music a while back, because it brings back memories of friends who have passed, some good memories some bad, but all my adult kids listen to all my music now. I'm 74 now and prefer the sound of birds singing. Today, I turned on my Spotify playlist, just for a little while. Thanks Gabriel 🩷
I know, this is a long one. At the very end of the video I talk about an AI musical collective that I've been obsessed with for the past six months. Here's a playlist I made of their albums that I like the most. Be sure to jump around and check out some of the other albums, because there are a lot of different styles of music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kisw-w01lg&list=PLTmN5-iZVP_k&index=62
And here's a playlist of some of my favorite songs by various bands: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCOSPtyZAPA&list=PLcv2IZa84ub0
