Louane, je vous souhaite bonne chance.
Très belle chanson. ✨
Wow 👏🏻💫
Bonne chance Louane ❤🇨🇵.
To my mind, she will win.
if only her voice was actually good
Winner 2025 🎉
Hello,
I'm French, so I can tell you a lot about her…
Louane is a wonderful artist, but also a sensitive and moving soul, a strong, beautiful, and persevering person.
At a very young age, she had to go through difficult trials that gave way to a horrible suffering: grief.
She also experienced a period of school bullying in her childhood.
Then, a lot of cyberbullying during her career.
She denounces fatphobia and is one of the only artists to speak openly about mental health.
She explains: "If you hurt yourself, you'll see the doctor, right? Well, it's exactly the same for the brain. If the brain is in trouble, you have to free it from this pain by consulting a psychologist, a psychiatrist. They are the doctors of the mind."
"For me, music is therapy, and I am convinced, but this is a personal opinion, that music heals hearts." Today, that fire within her has become her strength!
Louane was interviewed just after unveiling her Eurovision 2025 song in the middle of the stadium, in front of over 880,000 people. She said:
"I was very, very scared, not of the height because I've gotten used to it, but of the feeling in the stadium, of so many people around me; that was very hard to manage."
"Very strangely, at first, I really wanted to speak to my mother through this song. I wanted her to know that I'm finally okay, that I have a little girl, and that it's extraordinary."
Some people may not know that Louane wrote two songs: "Maman" and "maman."
The two echo each other and are addressed to her mother. In my opinion, the first is a cry for help, the second a deliverance. For example, in her first song from 2015, the lyrics read:
"Lovers pass from bed to bed"
"Everything will start again in spring, except indelible loves"
"I'm not well in my head, Mom"
"That same hour when hearts empty"
Today, in her song from 2025, the lyrics read:
"There are no more lovers, there are no more beds"
"I found love, indelible"
"I'm better, I know where I'm going"
"I stopped counting the years"
These are carefully written lyrics, where the intervention of her daughter Esmée at the end of the song is simply adorable. She sings the last word: "Mom." A loop that ends. In my eyes, it's a timeless song; it shows us the infallible beauty of love that evolves, is transmitted, and transformed. In my opinion, it's the opening of a new chapter. It also allows Louane to turn the page and start another.
"They're two different songs. It's the continuation of my story. I deleted the first song from my channel because I've been feeling better for a while now. That's why I want the only important message left for my mother to be: who I am today."
Many people know that Louane sings for her mother: it's a tribute.
But that's not all!
In fact, when Louane was little, her mother, who always watched the Eurovision Song Contest on TV with her family, firmly believed in her daughter. She was convinced that her daughter would one day sing for France at the Eurovision Song Contest.
She was right!
In her family, rugby played a very important role: her older sister was runner-up for several years. Louane was therefore more than grateful and proud to have the honor of making her Eurovision debut in the middle of the Stade de France during halftime of the rugby match.
A woman in a relationship and the mother of a little girl, she had created her own family.
Surrounded by them, she was finally able to release the album "Sentiment." It was a very special album for Louane. She had written the first songs based on the stories of her own fans! She had posted a message on Instagram asking her fans for their stories. "I think this album is the strongest bond between my fans and me," she said. Then, in the other part of her album, there were songs she had written for a long time, which she had kept up her sleeve without knowing what to do with them. "It was really too personal. I didn't think I could share them at that moment. It took me a while. I think the turning point was stopping thinking about the image I was projecting. Now, I just want to be me," she confided on Clic (a YouTube channel).
And here she is back, strong, mature, and determined to share this very personal, but so wonderful, song with us!!!
*If you truly love this artist, give Louane all your support! 🔥❤️
Thank you for reading to the end. 😉
2:35 Wow
Y'a plus d'amants
Y'a plus de lits
Finalement tu vois
J'ai construit ma vie
Et le vide est grand
Les questions aussi
Toi, you vas comment ?
Маман
Маман
…
Maman, maman, maman, maman
Maman…
Si j'ai voulu arrêter le temps
Maintenant c'est moi qu'elle appelle
Maman
