Thought i saw an episode where this chef stacked pasta and other stuff in a cylinder like you would tuna tartare and it held up and looked amazing!!!!! Maybe it was layered like meatloaf, then a pasta layer, another layer of meat, and then another layer of pasta….it looked so dam interesting
