Wow!! I guess her sister saved her?
💖💖💖
Joey comes off as immature and disingenuous. He’s pointing the finger at Monica’s sister (who clocked his tea as someone who just says what he thinks ppl want to hear) instead of taking a single iota of accountability. Monica deserves so much better.
When he spoke I thought at the end her sister was right.
How did they get engaged before even saying I love you. These two can't communicate at all.
He said it. He couldn't get her out of the friend zone. He just wasn't that into her, and I wish a guy could just say that on a show without fear of being destroyed on social media.
He’s so disingenuous for blaming her sister. No one’s saying that her sister wasn’t mean but you’re an adult. You would’ve married her if you loved her.
She was too desperate I saw it from the beginning
Joey: Excellent way of dumping and deflecting at the same time.
How does he sound normal in this part and in the show had an accent?
In such a short period of time to have such a hostile reaction from the sister, it would be bad for a person who is used to really harmonious, close relationships with his sisters. I like Monica and Joey. They could have been so great together. The sister is poisonous. It was sad to see Monica so bitter after how open and connected they were.
So was the surfer dude persona just an act also?
Blaming the sister was an excuse.
Thought placing the empty wheelchair at the ceremony was an odd choice since it made his mother cry and he knew he was going to say no, so was this a stunt to make him appear endearing?
I hope the show learns that from pods to marriage needs to be longer. Less and less couples are getting married
That’s a bummer! Am I the only one who think they had great chemistry when they were alone together? I thought they could be themselves and goofy around each other but guess they had too much fun and didn’t really pay attention and had some serious conversations about their families and feelings
I'm with Monica's sister. She was dead on about him.. I wish I had listened to my sister. She was spot on about my ex-husband as well. Family is family for good reasons, so we should lean on them to vet for us.
Monica darling, red is your color! ❤ You are a fantastic woman with a beautiful supportive family- specially your parents- and you will find your person. Joey was not the one, that was clear from the beginning. I’m sure you will find someone who loves you for you entirely. Good luck girl. You are truly gorgeous
I’m older but I figure, all those couples were capable of making a marriage work .. but unfortunately this was the season of being terrified and blaming the crappy sister. If we listen to our loved ones, you know – the ones we project dark doubts onto, we don’t do anything. We have to stand up and be courageous, and dive in.
When your sister first said that he isn't as he portrays – immediately gave me a pause about his true character (she never seemed jealous to me)
He comes off so disingenuous, glad her sister picked it up. Couldn’t stand the “act”
Joey seems like her grew up physically, but not emotionally and like he doesn’t know what to do with a woman. Similarly to like a shy young guy who’s inexperienced.
Just because her sister is blunt, skeptical, direct, honest, and knew the right questions to ask doesn't mean she's jealous! I love that Nick called him out on it.
Monica is very pretty.
Family is so important and if a family cannot accept you, belittles you so openly, you can say no and that's okay too, stop blaming people for having STANDARDS FOR THEIR OWN MARRIAGE AND WELL BEING.
Yall notice these males love to blame everyone else for their actions and behavior? Him and Dave act like they have no control over their life and it's always someone elses' fault. Just own the fact that you weren't feeling her anymore.
JOEY is so arrogant still to think that it was her sister. It was Joey who had no feeling for her. Stop talking about her sister .
She saw that Joey was false. Leave the room Joey and stop putting blame on her sister
