NASA officials announced on Wednesday that the return of the Boeing Starliner astronauts from the International Space Station could be delayed until 2025. The two astronauts were delivered to the ISS back in June by Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft, but it seems that their return journey may face significant delays.
According to NASA, the potential delay is due to a combination of technical issues and scheduling conflicts. The agency is working closely with Boeing to address these issues and facilitate a safe and successful return for the astronauts.
The delay in the astronauts’ return highlights the complex nature of space travel and the challenges that can arise when dealing with advanced technology and tight schedules. It also serves as a reminder of the dedication and hard work required by all those involved in ensuring the safety and success of space missions.
Despite the potential delay, both NASA and Boeing are committed to resolving the issues at hand and ensuring a smooth return for the astronauts. The safety and well-being of the crew members remain a top priority, and all necessary measures will be taken to guarantee a successful return to Earth.
As NASA continues to monitor the situation and work towards a resolution, the aerospace community will be eagerly awaiting updates on the progress of the Starliner astronauts’ return mission. In the meantime, both NASA and Boeing remain focused on the task at hand, with the ultimate goal of safely bringing the astronauts back home.

The families must be worried sick 😢….
It's a Boeing. You're lucky the doors didn't fall off.
Boeing…..Fail……….it's getting to be a pretty common word combo!
Countries all over the world might need to fund their own aerospace for local flights starting today. We can't depend on a one or two countries to build airplanes or anything that can jeoperdize economic prosperity or disaster of every country globally.
forget about saving face Nasa and Boeing get Space X to bring them home. then see if Starliner can get back without burning up with people inside.
Boeing has to start over! Quit padding pockets and start producing reliable aircraft again
Attention NASA, Swallow your pride and contact ROSCOSMOS to schedule a SOYUZ flight. Russia lifted all of our NASA astronauts into orbit for many years, with no losses and no injuries.
Boeing plane barely function in the earth space. Why would NASA trust thier product in outer space?!
You shouldn’t be surprise that this happen.
Just get married and have kids in the ISS and settle down for good 😊
anyone else think that sunny Williams is gross and unprofessional astronaut ?
They were either really brave or dumb to go on a Boeing
Imagine… A Boeing aircraft failing. 2024…the year of Boeing failures!
Poor astronauts
2025-2026?
Like Trump said: Change the name and start over
😂🎉
Well, now we don't have to complain if a Boeing is cancelled until the next day! 😅
That honestly sucks being stuck in space, having the ultimate view as the world falls apart
Boeing … Boeing … GONE!
They can barely get into space and were supposed to believe they made it to the moon?
It's a little-known fact, but there is actually an Arrival and Departure board on the ISS. Not unlike Boeing flights at an airport, the board on the ISS reads: Starliner: "Cancelled."
We I would most prefer to be at the space station I certainly would not see tis as being stuc in space j would see is as positive opportunity
😂 I wouldn't use a Boeing paper airplane let alone a Spaceship.. but the scientists at NASA didn't consider an alternative after the dozens of safety failures? Well alright…
