Just another day in the USA
SIEMENS CEO just announced to put more investment in China on the third of April………hmmmm…….interesting
RIP to Family of Agustín Escobar CEO of of Siemens Spain
Right away, before they have any evidence they’re jumping all over “the dangers of helicopter tourism flights”. Anything for a story! How about getting some facts first? Condolences to the families of those that lost their lives.
They paused the moment of impact at the beginning then go on to show it over and over makes no sense may that family rest in peace so tragic 🙏
who are among the pensengers ?
The curse of the Trump administration strikes again.
Even at Easter… don't put all your eggs in one basket.
Please be reminded AGAIN why regulation and enforcement are needed. Also that there is only one "party" hellbent on FREE CAPITALISM over everything and LESS regulation. they are ALWAYS only looking out for themselves and their own bottom line and to he'll with everyone else.
Expect more deaths
more food related deaths and illness
more financial abuse from banks
more eminent domain for those still in homes they bought or inherited.
you all had better start paying better attention.
I feel like a future lawsuit is coming. I'm wondering what FAA will find in terms of the maintenance logs for the helicopter. I mean if the main rotor blade comes completely off, then that's a massive red flag.
Augustin Escobar and family
Air accidents are so common in USA now but why?
If nature wanted people to fly it would have giving them wings, helicopters and small planes are death traps.
You won't even show the moment the helicopter hit the water. What do you mean the following scenes may be disturbing? You don't have the balls to show anything at all.
Its all about the $ sign for these tour companies. Nyc should ban all air tours.
Aww sad😢😢 RIP
Entire family died from another country 😢😢😢😢😢
I flew helicopters in the Army and I would not put my entire family in one.
Just Horrible To See & Even worst for the victims.RIP..So Sad.
So Sad!!! R.I.P.
Idiots, no wings, no hope
Omg was it loose screws ..
I worry so much about aircraft not being inspected thoroughly or at all due to people being in a hurry to make money.
Bell 206 classic rotor design can tilt radically and either slice the tail boom, cockpit, or even separately entirely from the helicopter when flown incorrectly and/or in turbulence/strong downdrafts. This is why newer helicopter models no longer use the rotor design save for the cheapest units. All helicopters in service with the US armed forces have either phased out or phasing out helicopters still using these vulnerable rotor designs except for UAV use.
They are more dying than being born.
Heartbreaking 😢
Rest in Peace to all of those in the chopper. Does appear that there was a catastrophic in flight failure of main rotor blades. You can see the separate "long" splash as the chopper hit the water.
To think we're prevented from getting news from any other source but a handful of media clowns. America is a shythole

Catastrophic failure
To give everyone a good idea of how a helicopter works.
The engine runs at full speed the entire time.
That gets turned into rotation of the blades, helicopter blades are thin, and relatively fragile until they are spun up.
The spinning blades generate lift.
If the engine stops working, the entire weight of the helicopter is put onto the main connection at the hub.
Then blades which are no longer able to support the weight. The blades begin to sag as RPM drops dipping lower and lower and possibly colliding with the tail section.
Properly trained Pilots are able to perform emergency landings in helicopters during engine failures.
You need two things, forward movement and altitude, if he was coming in to land when the engine failed, there is no way he was able to to have the forward momentum to pull off an emergency landing.
Lacking either results in assured injury or death.
Its not safe to fly anything at all as long as maghats are in control.
Small planes and helicopters are dangerous now, so I'm not going on either of them.
I wouldn’t willingly get on a helicopter if you paid me. Deathtraps.
iris aunty 😮Everything happens in America 😅😂
I wonder 💭 how many hours of flight that helicopter 🚁 has done without maintenance🤔
DEI white male pilot.
People never take into account the assumption of risk
They will look at the maintenance records of the helicopter and see when it was last serviced, and if parts were replaced. This appears to be a mechanical problem with the craft itself involving the main and tail rotor, possible that part(s) of the tail rotor flew off first and hit the main rotor causing the craft to spin out of control. The aerodynamic forces on the helicopter then caused it break apart as it spiraled out of control. Anyway, just my 2 cents theory, the NTSB will determine the cause
Sad
Amazing the same helicopter had already completed 5 prior sight seeing tours that same day. Sounds like they were over working it. A 21 year old helicopter working it like it was a newborn. Unfortunately they rode it too hard.
Only in America
Please don’t tell me these companies are adhering to maintenance schedules, these are large complex machines that require basic and complex maintenance, somehow they avoiding these procedures, things like this shouldn’t be happening unless it’s pilot error which is rare these days. RIP everyone on board and a big thank you to the first responders.
