In the summer of 1990, a chilling discovery shocked Vienna as police uncovered the bodies of multiple women in the surrounding area. Despite an intensive investigation, authorities determined that these tragic events were the work of a dangerous predator. The city was gripped by fear as a serial killer operated in their midst.
Seeking expertise, Austrian police enlisted the help of the FBI. Their collaboration led to the identification of a suspect, sparking an international manhunt. The trail eventually pointed to Jack Unterweger, a renowned German author celebrated for his best-selling works. The pursuit ended in Miami, Florida, where Unterweger was finally apprehended, bringing a measure of justice to a harrowing case.
