Let’s make some plant-based Starbucks cranberry bliss bars so first we’re going to make the frosting so that it can sit up while our bars are baking so I’ve got 1 cup of cashews 1/ teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 tbsp of lemon juice 1/3 of a cup of dates and 3/4 of a cup
Of water so let’s get these bars made so I’m going to start with a half a cup of rolled oats this is 2 cups of almond flour one cup of pad dates a half a cup of cram cranberries teaspoon of vanilla 1/ teaspoon of ginger powder 1 tbsp of
Nutritional yeast and I’ve got a teaspoon of orange zest A4 of a cup of soy milk and you’re just going to press this in with your fingers my oven is already preheated to 350° and we’re going to stick it in there for 25 minutes all right so here’s our frosting
It’s about 1/4 of a cup of cranberries that I chopped up just a little bit finer M you are going to love it
