A million robots per year sounds incredible, but getting from prototypes to reliable mass production is a completely different problem.
I wonder how much of Optimus will actually use Tesla’s existing AI and manufacturing technology from its vehicles.
Do you think Gen 3 is actually ready for mass production, or are we still looking at another prototype stage?
If the first mass-produced Optimus units are mainly used inside Tesla factories, that might be a smarter starting point than selling them to consumers.
If Tesla can manufacture Optimus at automotive-scale volumes, the cost could eventually become much more interesting than the robot itself.
Tesla keeps talking about physical AI and millions of robots. I’m more interested in what Optimus can reliably do for 8–10 hours a day in a real factory.
The hands are what caught my attention. A humanoid robot can look impressive, but useful manipulation is where the real test begins.
Super Senior addition. A model 3 with a Optimus bundle. I want to be the first tester
Who cares what the color is!!
increase your business myanmar please sir
Приветствую вас друзья один из лучших среди роботов также ничего лишнего выполняющего свои функции и хороший помощник ❤
Can't wait to see them running wood splitters and stacking firewood across the northern US & Canada.
That is the ultimate logging crew also.
Glory!!! 🙌🏾 $85k biweekly, As single parent your videos really inspired me. Am 48, went from Grass to Grace. This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home. To God be the glory.🙌🏾❤️❤️

I love this.I love Tesla and I do think Optimus can become Tesla’s biggest break through. I highly suggest Elon name Optimus’ girlfriend Optima.
He got no face
The Optimus Bot accompanies a Labor Day symphony —The Psalm of Love: composed of computing hardware, sensors, power electronics, actuators, and the AI5-4680 chorus.
Optimus is a scam
It still cant make an affordable EV. Only BYD can do that, but a huge number of congressmen and women signed the letter to block imports.
Does Elon Musk really believe that human form (anatomy) is the best form of structure? How about a form that has more than two hands, for example? How about soles of feet being crawler chains like battle tanks? Or roller blades?
I’m still skeptical about the 1 million annual target. Building a few impressive prototypes is very different from producing hundreds of thousands of reliable robots.
A million robots per year sounds massive, but I want to see Tesla prove they can manufacture them consistently before believing that target.
The hands are interesting, but I think the real test is whether Optimus can perform repetitive factory tasks for an entire shift without constant intervention.
Tesla’s vertical integration strategy could give Optimus a huge cost advantage if they can reuse their AI chips and manufacturing expertise.
If Gen 3 is really designed for mass production, the manufacturing process could be just as important as the AI inside the robot.
The gold-colored prototype looks noticeably different. I’m curious how much of this is actually Gen 3 hardware versus a prototype design.
The 10-million-robot target sounds almost unbelievable right now. What would Optimus actually need to accomplish before that scale becomes realistic?
I wonder if Tesla will focus on factory applications first instead of trying to sell Optimus to consumers. That seems like the more realistic path.
The new hands might be the biggest upgrade here. If Optimus can actually handle small and complex objects reliably, that changes everything.
Do you think this is genuinely the beginning of Gen 3, or are we still looking at an advanced prototype that needs several more revisions?
AI 5 晶片缺貨~
How the fuck can I shut up all those AI blah blah blah channel?
Can't wait for Tesla bot to be really Tesla robot to be released I can't wait for the Tesla robot
