In Langley, Virginia, a man shoots people dead in the middle of rush hour. The murder of CIA employees sends the American public into a state of shock. Although the victims were chosen at random, the motive seems to be political. The FBI is called in to investigate in the United States. The investigation leads the agents on an international manhunt. They have to follow over two hundred leads and cross the Atlantic to solve the case, leading to Aimal Kansi.
