A political upheaval has gripped Bangladesh, with mass protests leading to the prime minister fleeing, parliament being dissolved, and the military seizing control of the government. As the country faces uncertainty and turmoil, questions arise about the future direction of Bangladesh and whether the new leadership will address the long-standing issues that have plagued the nation.
The interim government now faces challenges in determining its composition and ensuring accountability for the hundreds who lost their lives during the unrest. With tensions high and divisions deepening, the road ahead for Bangladesh remains uncertain.
As the country navigates this period of crisis, the international community watches closely to see how the situation will unfold and what implications it may have for the region. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.

Without elections how can they select a particular person.
🎉
Why is this student wearing HAMAS shawl.Lets hope the Hindu minority is not targeted in this anarchy
Ms. Beenish Javed, thank you for your excellent reporting.
What about the foreign students studying in Bangladesh
But ethnic cleansing, bulldozing the minorities, has made Bangladesh extremists. Now Bangladesh is dangerous country to visit
Yes, here comes new dawn!!!
Thank you DW for spreading neutral new and for your support!! We appreciate your decision! Thanks again! 🙂
Change in form but not in substance. Look at the protesters invading public properties looting, the young people totally showed they are uneducated ruffians, now it will costs money to replace and repair what's been damage. Students don't know the challenges of bringing the country back up restoring confidence. Nothing moves now except anarchy ( after PM left for India the whole country is no longer safe ). 13 policemen died, now revenge killings happening. Hindu temples and Hindu people houses are being burnt and robbed. Basket case now !
We wish for the people of Bangladesh to embrace a new era of youthful leadership, free from the influence of BNP and Jamayet, as these current parties ultimately share similar beliefs as the former ruling party.
Thanks everyone for supporting Bangladesh 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love from my beloved country 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Beenish for your exceptional work as a journalist during the protest. Keep up your great journalism ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for supporting Bangladesh 🙏🇧🇩❤️
Looks there will better change
Problem created for 15 years won’t go in a day, but kudos to the brave and fearless students who ousted a corrupt government.
That country has only a dark future
Love the way Beenish javed talks and she was so kind and true during our protests
Thanks Beenish…you always speak for the mass people of bd. Salute dw. ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely! BNP should not be allowed to come to power. This sounds like replay of the old movie. BNP is a shameless party and its leaders are obnoxious. They have zero support. The young people should work on new leadership. We do not want to see the old party leaders again….
People of Bangladesh knew whom they selected right now.
Coogleman is very sad. He is the supporter of Dictator Hasina.
