US accused by Russia for deadly Ukrainian missile attack on Sevastopol

In a shocking turn of events, a deadly Ukrainian missile attack in the Russian-annexed Crimea peninsula has left five people dead and dozens injured in the Black Sea port city of Sevastopol. The incident, which involved Ukraine’s military firing ballistic missiles with cluster munitions, caused panic among beachgoers who were forced to flee for their lives.

According to officials, Russian air defences were able to intercept four of the missiles, but a fifth one exploded over the city after being hit. Sevastopol’s governor confirmed that 124 people sustained injuries as a result of the attack.

The Russian defence ministry has since pointed the finger at the United States, alleging that American specialists had provided the flight coordinates for the ATACMS missiles based on information from US spy satellites. This accusation places Washington directly at fault for the tragic events that unfolded in Sevastopol.

As tensions continue to escalate in the region, it remains to be seen how this latest development will impact relations between Russia and the United States, as well as the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
